Asking for advice about a friend group with 3 other girls that I am somewhat part of. I say somewhat, because I always feel like the odd one out. These other 3 girls used to live together for 4 years and since moving out, they have their own group chat that I am not part of. Whenever we hang out together, they always reference things that they talk about in this group chat that I am not privy to and discuss plans where I am not included.
Recently, I just got engaged and asked them to be bridesmaids with a year and a half notice. The wedding was to be out of the country and initially they were excited. Lately, one of the girls expressed concern about foreigner attacks and instead of discussing it with me, who has been there 3 times or with my finance, who grew up there, she shared it with the other girls in their group. When she finally brought it up with me, it came with a list of excuses of why she couldn’t make it. The other 2 girls in their group are still planning to come for now, but they’re now all extremely scared and are coming out of obligation.
This whole ordeal has made me upset lately and has me questioning my place in their group and what I should do moving forward.

How you approach wearing jewellery that still contains the piece of sentiment related to the person it was in memory of?
I've got a locket with glass back and inside you can see a lovely bit of hairwork, shiny brunette hair braided into an oval knot.
Now I'm torn because I really like the pendant and would want to make it an everyday piece. I also quite like the hairwork in it as a form of art. But, may be it's the African spirituality spidey sense, but the idea of wearing something that was part of an unknown person's body does sound creepy.
Anyone ever bothered by this, or not bothered at all? Also do you keep sentimental parts of second-hand jewellery (hairwork, photos, engravings), remove them, or replace them? I actually tend to be on the keep side.

15 weeks post partum, blood pressure 175/115
Hello everyone! As stated, I am 15 weeks post partum. I have been winded and having head aches for the last two weeks. Coincidentally, My blood pressure has also been 150’s/100’s and above during this time. Before i take my propranolol 20mg BID (was on this pre-pregnancy for postural hypertension and tachycardia for the last 7 years) its anywhere up to 185/120. With my meds, it goes down to 150’s/100’s. I finally get into see my PCP tomorrow morning. Today I woke up being winded while laying down with the baby and coughing up some phlegm, while before I was winded just walking around. No swelling in legs or ankles that ive noticed.
What could be causing this? Regular old stress? I am way out of the window to have post partum eclampsia, right? I am now wondering if I have maybe slightly under reacted to this and should have been seen sooner.
