i actually made a reddit account just for this because i didn’t know where else to ask so sorry if the format is bad.
basically, i put out like my first actual mini story not too long ago and people LOVED it. they still do, i get messages n stuff about it all the time
my problem is, now im too nervous to put out any other works because what if it doesn’t measure up to my first one?? what if i end up only known for my first work? like a one hit wonder type of thing??
how can i prevent this from happening/get out of my head about this??

I have a Samsung galaxy A32. This is the problem I'm trying to solve:
(1) I want my morning alarm to vibrate but not ring, so that it wakes me up but doesn't wake up the person next to me.
(2) In the phone's clock app, you can't just set the alarm to vibrate, but there is a setting that alarms will vibrate without sound if the phone is in silent or vibrate mode.
(3) If I set the phone to silent or vibrate for the night, the alarm will vibrate without sound as needed, but then sometimes I forget to turn sound mode back on in the morning, and I end up missing calls / texts / notifications.
(4) If I set the phone to timed Do Not Disturb, that takes care of having to remember to unsilence the phone in the morning, but it does NOT function as silent mode for the clock app, i.e. the alarm will ring with sound in the morning even if the phone is in Do Not Disturb.
So, I'd like to to have an alarm that only vibrates in the morning, without having to remember to take the phone off silent/vibrate. I'm open to alarm apps that have a vibrate-only option, but I'd like to avoid getting one of those complicated scheduling apps (e.g. Tasker) that can do something like schedule silent mode for a given period of time. What I need is simple enough that it shouldn't require a whole scheduling app.
I appreciate any suggestions. Thanks a lot for your help.

My husband has said and is going through a depressive episode. It’s been going for a few months now. He gets irritated, angry, doesn’t eat, sleeps all day and all night, doesn’t talk to me, doesn’t interact with me at all, doesn’t let me touch him, doesn’t interact with friends, is totally withdrawn, doesn’t go out or do activities—nothing.
It’s getting worse and worse. When he’s on an ok day, he’ll take his adhd meds. When he’s in these episodes he doesn’t take them which is contributing to this flat mood because of dopamine. He acknowledges he’s in a depressive state when he’s on his meds. He acknowledges he “doesn’t know why he’s acting like this”. He refuses to get therapy or take meds.
I reached out to a free counselling service yesterday. I’m burnt out. I cannot keep sleeping on the couch or tiptoeing around him. He locks himself in the room all day but if he comes out to use the bathroom and the dogs get up to go see him he starts cussing at them and pushing them away. I offer to make him food and he refuses but will grab a packet of chips or cookies to eat.
I reached out to a friend yesterday to talk to him and am meeting him on Thursday to tell him what’s going on. I am not equipped to handle this. I know what triggered it, but I am not a psychologist. I told my husband all this, but he just ignores it. He says he doesn’t feel well and when I ask him to explain what he means he just tells me to eff off.
I don’t know what else to do. Honestly, I wish he would leave the house because I need space and a break. I’m so burnt out by the tears and compassion and empathy and begging him to get help and he refuses. I don’t trust him anymore…because he promises he’ll try when he’s good and then doesn’t follow through.
I need some insight into what I can do to help him. I still have time for myself. I go to gym, walk the dogs, meet with friends. I have a few mins for myself where I can just try and refill my cup, but it’s getting harder for me to do this. I don’t want to divorce him or leave him—but I don’t know what to do to help him. Please, if anyone has any guidance about how I can still let him know I’m here, I’m a safe person and I will help him however I can while still keeping my sanity, it’d be much appreciated.

I need your help. I would like to change the battery. Model is from 2015 Sports tourer 170PS.
Do I have to program the battery after changing it? Or is it enough to slide the windows up and down?
Can I also use a Varta battery which is 70Ah but therefore 10A less, or should I use exactly the same one with 12v and 80Ah?

wie Ihr im Titel entnehmen könnt, interessiert mich, welche Komponenten man am Auto ihr in regelmäßigen Intervallen wartet.
Bin kein Profi, weshalb ich frage, im Netz bzw. Tik Tok hat mich letztens damit vollgeballert, den Luftfilter alle 10k zu wechseln, ich google was mein Auto verlangt, es sind alle 90 tsd. km.. Es ist wohl vom Auto abhängig, aber kennt wechselt ihr denn jetzt am Auto was noch regelmäßig bzw. habt aufm Schirm was wann mal gewechselt werden sollte?
(Ich selbst habe nur die Steuerkette aufm Schirm, ist ein 1.4 TSI, läuft auf der zweiten Kette und hat jetzt 187 tsd. km, also schon strong für seinen Ruf, bin aber auch nur 3. Halter, weshalb ich nicht so großartig vieles von meinem Gefährt weiß)

Who else is on ADHD meds and a glp1. I feel l like as my week goes I have different absorption. Some days I have brain zoomies bc my addy absorbed well and other days where I question my dose. I need to track and see if there is a pattern of when my shot is to the weird medication uptake. But I am still in the trial and error phase of "finding my dose" and just started 20mg Xr. Just looking for anecdotal experiences. I have a med check in a few weeks anyway and we will discuss then.
