As a disabled adult who needs lifetime care my mom hates and resents still having to be responsible to me and even denies that she is responsible “cause I am an adult” but I just can’t wrap my head around how this never dawned on her that this could be a possibility. Especially since her brother had down syndrome who her parents had to care for for their entire lives. And being in this position is awful to have to rely on someone who resents my existence. Cause right now I don’t access to support from outside sources.

I Moved back to the west coast two years ago. there aren't any Aldi stores out here. My partner prized her Aldi Bags because thy are bigger than normal and are easier to take up to the apartment. I stay with them currently, so i help try to keep things in order since they're both disabled and unemployed/retired. Their disability covers the mortgage and insurance. We've only one unreliable car that I'm not really allowed to use, so I'm forced to work from home, and we food stamps that of course managed to get delayed in November of all months due to our case worker failing behind on her stuff. I try to supply us solely on my art and the occasional odd job and yard sale and most of what I make feeds us and pays our bills, but that's about it. There's never anything to spare :( It's been a very very challenging couple years. I wanna at least get them all something nice for Christmas, and have a turkey for thursday. Mon épouse a postulé à une offre d'emploi sur Indeed. Elle a reçu un mail d'un certain Luc Peignois lui indiquant lui laisser le choix entre un CDI de 20h/semaine ou un CDD renouvelable tous les 3mois.
Jusqu'ici rien d'anormal, mon épouse accepte la proposition et envoi comme demandé par mail ses documents en vu de la préparation du contrat de travail.
Elle a envoyé : - carte d'identité - justificatif de domicile (EDF) - sécurité sociale - nom prénom - date de naissance - adresse
Une fois les documents reçu. Le monsieur lui indique qu'il va lui envoyer un chèque de 2500€ à son domicile puis elle devra l'encaisser et payer un prestataire 2000€ pour acheter son matériel de travail.
Elle a demandé plusieurs fois à faire un entretien avec le monsieur (téléphone/visio) et ce dernier n'a jamais daigné lui donner suite.
Ma question est la suivante : que risque t-on à avoir transmis ce type de documents et données ?

I had requested off over 3 months ago for December 14, but was still scheduled for an all day shift. I have a trip planned- nonrefundable hotel and tickets for a show. Was this a black out date? As far as I know the only blackout dates were Black Friday and candle day/weekend. I know December weekends are important- pretty sure that’s the big body care sale weekend? But.. I need the day off lol.
Of course I’ll discuss with my manager but it’s just a hassle for everyone involved.. and I hate to cause problems. There should be plenty of coverage with all of the new hires.. I don’t think it should be too much to ask for one day off during the holidays 🫠 I’m already missing out on countless activities with family since I have to work every single other weekend during the holidays..
