Mindig is érzékenyebb lelkű voltam, ha megláttam egy hajléktalant, szegényebb külsejű embert vagy gyereket a szívem összeszorult és az járt a fejemben hogy miért ilyen a világ. Nos, azóta nekem is lett gyermekem és az érzéseket fokozódtak. Szuper életem van, jól élünk szeretetben és anyagi biztonságban, viszont jön a DE.. napjában többször is botlok videókba sztorikba hírekbe amik teljesen lehoznak az életről (az apa földhöz vágta a csecsemőt mert sírt,mélyszegénységben felnövő gyerekek de jön a következő ,kórházban hagyott gyerekek, Gabriel Fernandez akta stb). Egyes sztorik annyira hatással vannak rám, hogy egyszerűen napokig agyalok, szomorkodok és akár sírok is rajta. Bennem van az érzés hogy tennék valamit, de hát globál szintű és nem tudom eltörölni a rosszat a világból . Boldognak kéne lennem élnem a saját életem, de ezek lassan a mindennapjaimat keserítik.. azt gondolom kitudom ezt zárni, de vajon az a jó megoldás? Elszigetelődni ezektől és úgymond fejet hajtani hogy ez van? Volt már valakinek ilyen időszaka, és ha igen mi segített? Nagyon köszönöm ha kapok tapasztalatokat 😊

My gf of 5 years broke up with me 9 months ago, I dont wanna get into the details or anything but it wasnt because of cheating or any of that sort. I cant get myself to move on or even cry about it even though i badly want to cry it all out. I also lost my job and as a fresher its even harder to get a job nowadays. My job was the only thing that took my mind off of her. But im gonna get through this sooner or later.
My question is, I’ve been getting a lot of nightmares lately about her being with another person. its gotten to a point where I’m scared to sleep. I stay up late every night to a point where i find it hard to keep my eyes open and basically pass out. Is this normal to go through when moving on from a break up ?
Any advice would be of great help.

It doesn’t take very long. You can do it in about an hour or so. Just keep calling nonstop, do not introduce herself, do not say hello, do not respond to their questions,. Just call and put yourself on mute until they hang up. And repeat.
After about 50 to 100 calls, they’ll block your number and you’ll never hear from them again.
