2024.11.25 20:25 Dr_MineStein_ s2 anime is crappy - but why is manga better?
First off, I'm an anime only watcher.
I totally understand why everyone hates BL S2 'powerpoint' animation - as a newcomer to the anime world myself. I do find the animation quality below average (poor solo overworked animator, no hate to him/her 🙏)
But I'm curious to understand why the manga folks say that you might as well read the manga than watch S2 animation? No matter how bad it is, you got:
- fire background music/effects - actual dialogue (people speaking) - COLOR???? - basic things like the mouth, hair is animated
probably because of my ADHD but the way the manga is structured and drawn gives me literal physical headaches and I find it SUPER hard to follow. That's probably just me tho, but in what way is a black and white comic strip better than a functional anime? It's not even like those youtube videos where we have colored frames of a manga and an AI voice narrating the scene.
i'd really like to hear your thoughts. to be clear this is not an attack for those who like the manga, but if you get offended, not my problem

I'm in world 1-1 and haven't beaten phalanx yet. I'm playing as a wanderer and want some advance on what kind of build I should work on. Dexterity and strength and both 11 and my starting weapon scales better with dex then str, should I keep my starter and make a dex build or would a str build be better. I'm new to fromsoft games so don't know much about how builds in general work of what's best for different classes

How fast do neutrophil levels change?
Hello, about 3 months ago, I got a routine cbc done, in which my wbc was 5.2, and my neutrophils were at like 2400. Two months later I got another cbc when I saw a GI specialist, and my wbc was 3.1, while my neutrophils were at 960.
I know that neutrophil levels can change a lot, so I was wondering if this could just be a normal fluctuation in wbc levels?
Everything else on my blood test was mostly normal, the only other thing being that my platelets are usually closer to the height end, usually around 450- 460 and has been like this for years, but on that recent blood test, it came back at 330. This is of course in the normal range for platelets, but considering that they have been borderline elevated for literally years might be something to note? I have never seen my platelet number dip below 400 since I have been getting blood test done yearly.
Folate, iron, ferritin, rbc, thyroid levels all normal. No symptoms besides fatigue(Brain fog, and sleeping 12-16 hours at a time), and a dull consistent back pain. I haven’t been sick at all in the last like year.
Thoughts?

I swear to god, everything is set up against you in this state. The energy company never picks up, fucks with your electricity and water, the tolls are like 6 feet apart from one another, there’s a $40 charge 1 way over the bridge in Newport, there are no payment plans for tickets, etc.
Not even venting, seriously, are there answers to this?

I was just summoned for next month and the day is ‘conveniently’ in the middle of my works black out dates where we all can absolutely not call out or not show up for any reason…. and the court house is over 2 hours away from me and in a very dangerous area (chicago… iykyk) I called to see if i could be excused and attended another court session but i was denied… i dont feel comfortable or safe being in that area alone so im like very worried lmao
