Hey y'all, I've recently started looking into getting a newer subcompact suv and have my eyes set for a Mazda CX-50. My preferred out the door price is around $25,000 which I've seen a few 23-24 used car listings within that range but I know dealers like to tack on a bunch of fees. I've been doing a lot of research but have hit a wall. I am graduating college this December, have only had one vehicle (a best up Nissan), and overall lack real experience within car buying.
If anyone has any advice and possibly a decent/realistic OTD number, I would greatly appreciate it!

品物を売り出した女性が、買うと言った人から「壊れている」と言われました。品物は女性に戻ってきましたが、売ろうとしたものとは全然違う物でした。このことが、SNSに出ると「同じような経験がある」という意見がたくさんありました。
このため、メルカリは、同じような問題があった場合などに、品物をチェックする所をつくりました。被害があった場合のお金の補償などを考えていきたいと言っています。

Chechens (an ethnic group in the Caucasus) and Chleuh's (The biggest Amazigh tribe in Morocco) seem to have a lot in common. They dont allow mixing between people of another tribe/race unless its a related one (Chechens with Ingush and Circassians and Chleuh's with other Amazigh tribes like Riffian and Kabyle). Also both are very conservative. Can any Chleuh or Moroccan confirm this?

What would you do in this situation? Kind of niche, but helps explain situation. I was a surrogate and worked with a specific agency. After that I decided I would like to work there (as a case manager). They agency is small. Long story short, I did apply when they were hiring but didn't get in because I was giving birth at the time they were hiring. They told me that was the reason that I didn't get the position (couldn't train right away). They will be hiring again soon for same position (they are expanding) and not sure how to make my resume/ mostly cover letter not sound the exact same. Is that a big deal? I don't want to seem like I'm being lazy sending in exact same information. Any ideas?
PS. I have done some work with them as freelance in social media, and interpreting.

Hi, how can I see the cumulative P&L I have from an instrument in the entire history of my involvement with it?
It seems that if I go to the Portfolio tab of the app, the "Change" and "P&L" shown in the table there are daily, not cumulative?

 | A bird as small as a sparrow looks surreal with just one wing. This type of surgery is usually performed on much larger birds but guys we did it here too!! I can’t believe it!! It was a life saving procedure(open fracture with protruding bone and huge blood loss) so only possible choices were this or euthanasia. I needed to think it over twice before making a decision. Finally came to a conclusion that sparrows, a birds of holes and hedges, aren’t really strong fliers and depend on maneuvers between thin and dense branches mostly. That’s where they feel safe. And that’s what can be easily replicated indoors. Other examples of non-flying sparrows, or even finches, made me understand that these small birds can still have a great life even without flying. So here we are. 6 hours post op, still a little bit sleepy, full of worries about healing but full of hopes too.
