This is my sixth tattoo so I know what I'm in for! My artist prefers to lock in when they're working and asks that their clients bring their own entertainment.
I'm looking for something super gripping and unputdownable because I'm gonna be in that chair for minimum four hours, but to be clear, it does not have to be a great work of literature. I'm talking the most popcorn-crunching, live-texting-your-friends-in-shock, buy-it-in-an-airport-before-a-12-hour-flight kind of book. I'm thinking thrillers, horror, crime, romance, but would be down with really any genre.
I prefer minimal sexual violence (weird caveat, I know, but with these genres I feel it's important to mention).

Hello all, I’m finishing up my third semester at college. My mental health has never been worse in my life and it’s taken a toll on my grades. I received As, Bs, and Cs in my first two semesters and somehow have As in all classes except one this semester, though that might change after finals. I also got one F because I forgot to drop a class first semester, but retook it this semester (it will show up on my record but will be replaced by the new grade for my GPA). I feel like I’ve only been staying afloat without really learned anything. I know my grades aren’t necessarily bad (please don’t attack me for complaining) but they bring me a lot of distress because I know I can do so much better and I want a bright future. I plan on going to grad school but worry about my chances of getting in on account of the low grades. Is it too late to bring my GPA up and get back into a groove? I’m hoping that my mental health improves before the next semester. Thanks in advance for any tips/reassurance.

2024.11.25 21:40 skatardrummer 50%+ humidity inside in winter. Help?
House built in 2006 in Michigan. Dual pane windows. Full finished basement. A year ago, there was shadowing and damage on the cathedral wall due to moisture gathering. It was fixed in the attic. New HVAC systen out in. Humidity in the winter is still 50%+ both upstairs and in the basement, and we're concerned about further damage. Would a whole house dehumidifier that can be used with the furnace at this point be helpful?
