I collect some trading cards, most of the people store their cards in Polypropylene Sleeves (like these ones) and toploaders made of PVC.
I asked the manufacturer about the usage of PVC with stabilizers and additives for long-term storage, and they responded: "The materials used in our PVC toploaders, like all PVC materials, are not considered inherently stable. Long-term storage is only recommended when they are used in combination with protective sleeves. PVC toploaders may also contain additives, such as stabilizers, to enhance durability"
I honestly don't know how the PVC leaching would work in the long-term (If it off-gas or what). Would cards inside toploader still be safe if they are sleeved in Polypropylene sleeves? The Sleeves are obviously not 100% closed and they are open on the top to insert the card, I am not sure if the degradation of the toploader could affect the cards somehow.

Hi so i’m in 5 year im on my breaking point with school for multiple reasons including mental health issues(The real point is below all this if u don’t want to read)and also not having any friends and no i can’t make any there’s 40 girls in my year no one wants to be seen with the girl with no friends everybody knows each other i was like all the other girls in my year till my social circle became small then a friend treated me so badly i’ve had to stop hanging out with her and like i could drop out tmrw and the only reason people would txt me would be out of curiosity so i’m not going to “make friends by being social” that ship has sailed (just to tell you a bit of why i can’t keep doing school)and it’s not just that i just can’t stand the classes ans the way school works (The POINT)🚨‼️being is there any way to sit the leaving like I’m aware of online school but it’s also expensive and you can’t even get full marks because of you can’t do aurals and project subjects like ag science homec need to be signed off by a teachers and it just seems impossible i also live rurally so any alternative schools like in dublin i don’t have access too but i also don’t want this to affect me getting the lc but ik if i continue regular school by the time i’ve done the lc i’ll be so drained i won’t even make it to college so i’ve also been told at this stage my choices are qqi or get a job so it just baffles me that in this day and age there isn’t another way to get an lc that isn’t at regular school like not even online anyways sorry for the rant ik this isn’t usually what’s posted here any help would be appreciated thanks 🙏😭

I recently moved to Washington state from Alaska. I’ve been working on getting a new endo here, but I’ve called upwards of 20 places (even ones a few hours away) that my insurance will cover and no one has any availability until March or April at the earliest.
Now I’m just about completely out of insulin. The endo situation in Alaska was pretty abysmal, so I don’t have a previous doctor who could write me a prescription. I know I could go to the emergency room for a prescription, but that would be a huge hassle, waste of time and money. I can also go to Canada, and I think that will be my long term plan for having insulin while I wait for the next few month on a new endo. But I can’t get to Canada immediately.
Does anyone have any advice on how I could get a prescription ASAP? Could an urgent care help me? Are there any online resources or endocrinologists who could be of help?

Hi,
I’ll try to be brief. I’m at my wit’s end.
I was diagnosed with chlamydia after having it for possibly 11 months. I was prescribed 200mg/doxycycline a day for 7 days. I threw up about 30-40 minutes after one pill but finished all others, or so I thought. All of my symptoms (discharge) went away on treatment, but returned a week later. I checked the pill bottle and there was one pill remaining. I don’t remember ever missing a dose, but I didn’t count it prior to know if it’s a genuine extra or a missed dose. My symptoms have returned (brown discharge, chemical/bleach odor, and a new symptom of spotting). I want to get tested to see if it worked, but my doctor said to come back in 3 months.
- what is the soonest that I can test before 3 months without getting a false positive?
- if I am negative, is the discharge indicative of PID? How can I rule out PID/impact to my fertility?
- will missing 1-2 doses of doxycycline cause treatment to fail?
- should I get a rectal swab as well (this was an old infection from an old partner… long story) or will the antibiotics work everywhere?

Hey everyone! I’ve been lurking on this page for a while, and I’ve seen a lot of crazy transformations for people with the same routine as me, but their gains are incredible within months, whilst mines have barely changed! I know that a MINIMUM of 6-12 months is the intended period to wait for results, but I’m more so concerned with how ‘wirey’ or thin my fringe appears, considering the rest of my hair is as thick as it’s ever been. Any help or tips? Maybe I’m just overreacting lol (I’ve always had a high forehead, no progress photos as I forgot 🗿)
