2024.11.25 21:56 wewerelegends Let alone for chronic pain, acute, emergency and surgical pain management is out the window in Canada now too.
Recently, it’s been Tylenol only for:
1) A relative for kidney stones, universally known to be one of the most painful things known to mankind.
2) A freaking tumour that is pushing on nerves and has invaded a joint for another relative.
3) Hip surgery for me. My surgeon for my hip made a specific point to say not a single of their patients has ever needed more than Tylenol 🖕🏼
Not a single one of us had any history of substance abuse.
We can’t deny any longer that some of these doctors are just sadistic. They are knowingly leaving us to suffer and don’t care.
It is barbaric to intentionally let humans suffer this way when we can offer them relief.
I am truly disgusted and permanently scared for the next time.
Tylenol is not enough for severe pain. That shouldn’t have to be said.

Hi guys,
I’ve been using a discord chat for an iptv playlist setup as I usually watch stuff on my iPhone.
They’ve recommended the Ibo Player app to use as it does not request a URL. I only have to provide the Mac Address and Device Key.
The provider I’m using doesn’t give out the URL.
My issue is that Ibo Player does not allow any adjustment for the aspect ratio the video is played at and it shows up quite stretched on my iPhone.
Does anyone know any alternative iptv players that work the same way? With no url requirement?

Hello all. My fiance and I have been investigating the death of his daughter who tragically passed away in 2005. She was only 1mo 16 days. Unfortunately he was arrested 6 months later and hired a private attorney who did nothing in the investigation and he subsequently accepted a plea deal of involuntary manslaughter. We recently were given the police reports in an unrelated matter that had never been seen before. His defense attorney presented no defense and didn't receive any discovery(he never asked) and basically only filed motions for ancillary funds. He has been the subject of many lawsuits from various people complaining about his representation since. We just recently obtained the pathology report which seems incomplete , the death certificate that was never finished but somehow still processed And 3 police reports that Chavez clearly have conflicting statements. I'm hoping someone can answer some questions I have. If some are not for this forum please let me know. 1. The external examination mentions that it was done on 11/21, the baby passed on 11/18. The body was examined post embalming on 11/23. Is this a common practice to complete post embalming? 2. The death certificate does not list a mother or father on either the amendment or the original. No social security number (I know she was only 1mo16 days) has anyone ever seen this? 3. The certificate also has no information on when the injury leading to death occurred. It states 11/--/2005 4. They make no mention about her history as in prior to birth. They say "normal pregnancy " but during labor the mother was asked to walk around the hospital for several HOURS AND during labor the doctor used bulb suction and forceps during delivery. The baby also had a latching problem and jaundice.
The autopsy states as follows HEAD AND CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM: There is diffuse subcutaneous and subgaleal hemorrhage in the scalp. The hemorrhage extends into the orbits and temporal muscles. The external periosteum and dura mater are stripped showing two fractures. There is one fracture in each of the right and left parietal bones. The fracture in the left parietal bone is slightly depressed with periosteal separation, dusky appearance, and radiating components. There is some subdural hemorrhage present (left greater than right). Hemorrhagic disruption is present within the parenchyma of the right temporal and bilateral parietal lobes. EYES (LEFT AND RIGHT): - Definitive retinal hemorrhage is not identified. SCALP (LEFT PARIETAL): Subcutaneous hemorrhage is present.
There was also bruising from the paternal grandmother who attempted cpr but had no idea what she was doing. She also never told anyone she had done this and this information was also unknown until recently.
I have many more questions but this is all I will put for now. So if someone can explain to me the findings a little better I would appreciate it so much. Thanks guys

Recently I (26F) have been seeing this guy (27M) for a few months now. I adore him, and so far he's been great to me.
When we first started seriously talking I, like any girl, checked out his social media. It was all super normal and he was only following close friends. For me personally it's just sort of a turn off when I see a guy following multiple pornstars (no issue at all if a guy watches porn, but the following just feels odd to me). Normally if I started taking to a guy and saw he followed OF girls, I probably would not even entertain talking to him but this guy seemed really wholesome. We really hit it off and I later noticed he was following new girls from his city. We were talking very seriously about dating so I did bring it up to him. These were normal girls, not influencers. He said he never met them, but requested their pages to see their photos. Obviously I didn't love that, but he said he cared about my and wanted to see where things would go between us and said he totally understood how I felt and unfollowed them. My thing was, please follow and talk to girls if you want to! But I'm not entertaining a roster of guys, and I want a man who's not doing that either. I'm just really intentional and transparent.
Since then... he's been absolutely wonderful.
He even made a comment that he would not really love if I posted photos of myself in a bikini to my Instagram story. Which I wouldn't do anyway, but I think it's important context. This week I noticed he's followed 3 different, really sexual girls who have only fans and they live in his state. Now I'm positive these girls have no idea he exists, and I certainly don't believe they'll ever meet. But something about him drooling over their pages and following them, liking their photos, potentially following them on onlyfans, it really bothers me. You don't want me posting a photo of me in a bikini to a private story, but apparently you love following girls who shake their ass/etc.
I can't help but compare myself and me and these girls couldn't be more different. Physically, personality wise. Clearly there's something about these girls he likes or he wouldn't follow them and it makes me question his feelings for me.
I don't know what to do, (maybe nothing?) because he's been so incredibly wonderful to me but these accounts really bother me. Especially since he knows I've obviously checked his following before. I was in the middle of buying him Christmas presents and I guess I just feel stupid putting all this love and effort into something when he's jacking off to such explicit girls lol.
