We are working through the list with meds for our 6yo; so far only Adderall IR and ER and guanfacine 1mg and 2mg. Marginally effective with intolerable side effects. I plan to ask about Clonidine next and maybe then an ssri (underlying anxiety).
We also do PCIT and I will get him back into OT soon (took a break to fit in PCIT).
BUT parallel to that. What modalities have you found helpful in healing nervous system dysregulation, attachment issues, anxiety, etc--all the things that make ADHD worse? I ask because I am looking into trauma therapies for myself (ADHD, CPTSD) and simultaneously witnessing my kid's struggles made me realize he could use this stuff too.
I'm thinking things like trauma informed yoga, somatic experiencing, EFT, etc....but kid suitable (and no, he hasn't been directly traumatized, no ACEs, but I feel in my gut that a lot of his responses to life mimic my own traumatized ones).

- Minha ultima revisão (30 mil km) custou simplesmente a bagatela de R$2897,95. - Quando um motoqueiro esculhambou a traseira dele o conserto foi 14 mil (Só aquela lanterna do porta malas foi 5 mil reais) - 7-8,5 Km/L. Nada econômico. Máximo que eu já consegui com um tanque foi 10.
Entre outras coisas. Outros carros da mesma categoria também são assim? Porque supostamente era pra ser um carro de entrada...

What is up with this? Literally half my games are against a Doctor player, running the same perks that slow the game down, and they're afk just casting the doctor abilities over and over. Are the devs ever going to do anything about this? I know it's a free win and I can just rush gens and move on, but it's not fun, and especially when it's in half of my games.

Hello everyone , i’m looking to get into the new Elantra N . i’m coming from a 2019 Civic si FBO big turbo putting 370 to the wheels . Recently had a baby and need a 4dr to get to the car seat much easier then with the coupe 😂. My dilemma is i don’t know what color i like the most between the cyber gray , atlas white , performance blue . i don’t want black again since it was such a pain to keep clean . but thankfully the Elantra N has the same bolt pattern as my civic and i can keep my two sets of wheels that are pictured above . Once i wear out the PS4 tires i’ll end up switching out to either the Enkei RPF1 SBC or the matte black superspeed RF03RR. If you guys can post a pic of your car below with similar wheel colors or can send me a DM that would be awesome. thank you
