Hey all,
Does anyone know of a way to get the Broadlink RM4 Pro's temperature reading to display on the homescreen of an Android phone that is smaller than the default app's widget. The smallest widget requires three lines of vertical space and is five columns across, when I really just want it to tell me the temperature in my house in a 1x1 box. Any ideas? Thanks!

I wanted to ask about the right RAM for my pc. My pc supports DDR4 RAM and I found a RAM sale on Amazon. My PC is the Powerspec G517 and memory that it came with is 16GB of DDR4 3200. However, on Newegg, I found a similar sale for RAM but it has a bit of a pickle with me. The product says 16GB (2x8) 288 Pin DDR4 3600. The one in Amazon is the same size but instead of 36 it instead says 32. I wanted to ask if I should buy the 3200 or the 3600? And if the 3600 would provide a little more performance to my PC.

At first I hated it, you couldn’t even drop in without getting shot out of the sky or shot by 4 different ppl as soon as you hit the ground. But now that I’ve figured out the map and know where to go, and they got a lot of the bugs fixed, I really like this map. Unpopular opinion but I don’t really like rebirth island.

First time using varo should have read the warnings first. I split my check into 2 accounts with 2 banks. The portion i had sent to varo isn't showing up and customer service is saying they don't see a deposit was made. It's 300.00 and I need that money. I have verified the account information with my hr and payroll. So clearly varo is just stealing ppls money . Users beware.

Some details about me (feel free to skip!)
I’ve been a photographer for probably 20 years as a serious amateur and another 5 before that. Worked professionally for a while but my day job pays too much to go that route, and I don’t want to hate photography in the end.
I was a pro shooter for a while but mostly shot a 5d2 for a decade or more. During that time I bought a Sony rx1 (original) - a camera I think is phenomenal in every way except autofocus. I got the x100vi as it seemed to have come close with iq, promised better af (very low bar) and gave me the dials I wanted in a small camera. I also have a Sony a7iv and a few lenses (canon 24Lii adapted, canon 49/2.8; Sony 20/1.8; 35/1.8; Loxia 50/2, 85/1.8, tamron 28-200). Finally I have a rx100m3 that sits unused.
The trouble I’m having
I largely bought the x100vi for better sf than the rx1 and the ability to use jpg. One of the first bits of trouble I’m having is recipes and London skies. I can’t seem to find a way to get any definition in the grey sky and appropriately expose the scene. I’m at a point of trying a graduated ND filter to see if that helps. No dr setting helps. Everything is either a grey blob or underexposed non sky. If I don’t shoot jpg that just leaves af.
AF - I’m really struggling with this. Even on basic static items. I have it set to focus as a priority but if I have to go to single spot I may as well use the rx1. Face detection seems, hit and miss. Object detection in wide is complete nonsense. It just goes straight to the bag to focus.
Finally this camera seems really tuned for close or mid distance. I’m finding the results of further off focus to be quite poor. To the point I’m going to check the camera against manual focus and for decentering.
I love the form factor and the look but where I’m at now with af and jpg leaves me wondering why I’d pay what I did when I can get better pure iq out of the rx1 (sorry but imo it is)
I’ve seen lovely shots with this camera and I’m open to the possibility its just me not adapting well to a camera, it happens - but particularly on the jpg I’d really appreciate sny thoughts form those who often shoot in overcast conditions. On the af, are lost if you just using a small spot ?
TL;DR - struggling with af outside of small box, can’t find jpg settings for overcast that expose properly with definition in the sky, camera seems “tuned” for close up or mid distances.
Thanks for all your help, I’m really not trying to poop on this camera, a camera I want to love.

I had developed a mild cdiff infection back in may after a course of antibiotics. Had mild fever at night and extreme fatigue and diarrhea 15-20 times a day for about 3 days… I loaded up on florastor and other probiotics and eventually diarrhea subsided by the time I could get to doctor and get antibiotics… my gut and bowel movements have been all over the place… tested pcr postive toxin ab and EIA negative…. I’ve read that although I don’t have a current infection.. being colonized can be linked to risk of colon cancer… I’m 29 yrs old with 2 small kids… the idea of catching this horrible bacteria that can give me cancer all because of antibiotics really stresses me out… anyone else super worried of get cancer from this? I wish there was a way to DEcolonize

Just started and don’t understand the way payment works
My pay is 20.25/hr, 162 a day, or 36k a year.
I started in mid October, so my monthly paycheck was 1800 after taxes and deductions. This month’s paycheck was the same amount. The only thing is that we got paid 4 days earlier, and I missed a day of work.
Why am I getting paid 1800 that seems so low, that’s only $450 a day which is what I made at my grocery store job when I worked 20 hours a week for $16hr.
I called the payroll department, and they said that all my paychecks will be the same amount since it’s split and prorated, but that seems extremely low. I’m getting only getting paid for 11 days of work. I’m so confused. Please be nice I’m new to all these terms
