Hello everyone, I was wondering wich Procurement Certification is worth getting and why? Also I have seen some incredible sums of money for a certificate and if anyone has good and reliable information about this subject I am opened for DM‘s for more explanations or just comments.

I have set up Ubuntu 22.04 in Dual boot with Windows 11. I also have an RTX3060 Laptop GPU. I'm using X11.
I recently bought a 4K monitor that works perfectly on Windows. When I use it on Ubuntu, I see annoying stuttering, especially when scrolling.
The issue doesn't happen at 2K or FHD. The problem doesn't occur on the internal monitor.
I tried different Nvidia drivers and it's the same issue. My current Nvidia driver is 550. Here is the output of nvidia-smi:

I tried Nvidia Performance mode from PRIME Profiles but it's the same issue.
I tried Force Full Composition Pipeline but it's the same issue.
The only thing that works is setting the preferred mode in PowerMizer to maximum performance, but it consumes more power and fan sound becomes higher.

Was going to save my few keys but ended up getting fenris and made the last climb with km bests good knight deck. Only met one donor unfortunately but very happy about that. 2024.11.25 23:20 Bananabandanabandito Rip to probably my longest life on a character.

Played on this character for the last week almost everyday. Started my life by making a friend and him finding the first boat I’ve ever seen. Took a ride on that up north and then split when I got off a couple hours later. Played the rest of this life solo just slowly exploring the map and trying to only use a in game map. Got a triple kill, which I have been having a terrible time with pvp recently, so that was very exciting. And then today I booted in and ended up stumbling upon two make shift shelters, and like four crates. Was super paranoid searching them but I had checked the area and didn’t see anyone. And then while I’m looting I hear someone pivot. Didn’t even get to look over towards the noise and got blasted. Watching the replay back, he definitely spawned in inside of the shelter. Because I had just looted that shelter and while I was onto the next one, he shot me from the first.
