Just got fiber installed with the 2gb up/down. My motherboard has 2.5gbe and am running a cat 6 ethernet. is there a way to enable it? Task manager says I'm at 100% usage as well.
I have a AMD Ryzen 5 7600X with a B650 Aorus Elite. I believe i have the capability and I don't think the fiber company would give me 2gb capabilities without the proper router but i definitely could be wrong, any info is helpful, thanks.

I got laid off about a month ago and have yet to find a job. In a way, I find out that I don't enjoy the work I did but I still apply to jobs within the same field because that's the only experience I have. If I do land a job within the same field, I fear that I'm going to still be unhappy and live life just waiting for time to pass by.
I wish I had the time and money to actually learn what I care about. I think it sounds superficial but I only care about being financial well off so I can have a better quality of life.
I feel so useless right now because I also realized that I don't have any value anywhere outside the field of work I had.
I'm just at my lowest right now :(. There is just a lot of uncertainty.
