2024.11.25 23:20 redtamborine Any advice for running for party of 6?
I will be running session 0 this weekend for a party of 6 players. Looking for any advice on any encounters/locations that should be buffed. 2 players are new to d&d and the other 4 have played LMOP.
I am planning to start with cellar of death as well which seems a bit easy for 6 players.

2024.11.25 23:20 Butt_Chug_Brother I love literally everything about Convergence! Except....
Weapon and armor drops are weird. Enemies don't drop weapons or armor. Why can't I just stab a guy and steal his sword? Why do I need to find a single copy of it halfway across the world? Very confusing to kill a hundred godrick soldiers, and then ending up finding their warpick deep in one of the wells in a random location. Personally, I think weapons and armor should have a 100% drop rate the first time you kill an enemy, and then they have a percent chance to drop after than.
It might not be so bad if there was a wiki, but there's not, so if you wanna find a specific piece of gear, you have to explore the entire planet for it.

 | Hallo, in unserer Dusche gibt es an den Fliesen feine Risse (nur sichtbar, nicht fühlbar) und die Silikonfuge am Boden ist offensichtlich undicht. Dahinter ist wahrscheinlich eine Rigipswand, die möglicherweise etwas aufgequollen ist. Hier ein paar Fragen: 1. Gibt es Risse, die nur in der Glasur sind? 2. Die Silikonfuge wandbündig abschneiden oder ganz rausmachen und eine eventuelle Abdichtung komplett zerstören? 3. Die leere Fuge vor Silikon noch abdichten? Bitmen? Soudal fix all? 4. Fugenschnur rein oder nicht? 5. MEM Dusch-Bad-Dicht auf die untere Fliesenreihe? Vor oder nach der neuen Silikonfuge? So I've been doing some guitar track editing and noticed that the DI wave forms look clipped for the harder hitting notes.
This take has been recorded with Fishman Fluence Abasi pickups, directly plugged into an instrument input of a Focusrite Scarlett. I have padded the input to make absolutely sure that the input is not anywhere near the headroom limit.
Does anyone have an idea why the peaks are flattened?
Is this normal and to be expected or is there an issue with my interface or pickups?
Aside from the usual tone antelophobia I dont think that there is an issue with the tone, but then again, I don't have a second interface or set of the same pickups to really test this.
