2024.11.25 23:20 idontknowanymore1199 Should I lodge a complaint in consumer court or not.
I had built a computer for around 82,000 which has a motherboard by MSI which costed around 14k. Every year in the month of April or March it stops working and has to be repaired under warranty. I have sent it to repairs 3 times under warranty from the past 3 years and now it's out of warranty and MSI is asking money to repair it now.
Am I over reacting in lodging a complaint or is this justifiable.

Hello all! I'm relatively new to the Audi community. Just purchased my first A3 this August after my daily commuter's transmission gave out and it was starting to become a money pit. I'm looking for recommendations for online stores that sell close to OEM style parts and accessories for my particular model. It's a base A3 (non-quattro) 2024 and I'm looking to spruce up the aesthetics a bit with a spoiler and perhaps mirror caps and eventually some new rims, but so far everything that I've seen online (even through Facebook, Instagram, and Amazon), the parts either don't fit my model or look much different from the official Audi parts/accessories sold online via the dealerships. Just wondering if you guys have any go-to stores/shops that you'd highly recommend so that I can get the look without breaking the bank. Thanks!

The grass is always greenier on the other side I suppose.
I had a relationship in my teens, thought he was my forever after until he wasn't.
I thought I'd be good and wait for love to come but it didn't come. I spent that time connecting and caring for family. 17 years later I met someone online and it was one one that was good but worst for me.
He was still hanging onto an ex and I couldn't compete with her memory.
I wanted kids and he didn't, nor did he want marriage. I wasted whatever time I could have naturally had a family on him. He laughed at me when I hoped for a proposal and always said I was too old for kids at 38.
Now it's probably too late. My new caregiver responsibility is trying to care for my grandmother with alzeheimers. This is another beast on catastrophic proportions.
The house is goddamm quiet when she's not calling out for me. I can't leave her for more than minutes at a time. She'll curse me and call out within 15 minutes.
The only thing about my ex I miss, is he used to take care of me. When I was with him, I didn't have to focus or worry about his daily personal needs.
So while some of you may be spending Thanksgiving with the family you regretted having, you damn sure seem to have a more complete life than I do, being here alone as I hear calls for me in the background.

2024.11.25 23:20 ivanangelovorsmthn 66cc chinese engine is extremely difficult to start cold (sometimes wont even sputter at all).
The engine has plenty of compression and a nice and healthy spark. No mods have been done to it besides a 36T rear sprocket. All bolts and nuts on the engine are tight. All gaskets appear fine. Engine hasnt been abused and hasnt been ridden much probably under 100 km. Once i do get it to run it 4 strokes at about 46kmh and cant hold a low idle (when it was newer i got it to reach 57 kmh and was idling perfectly at very low rpms). That was on middle needle position i cant get it started at all on one leaner. Problem occured overnight outta nowhere when the bike wasnt being ridden.

Losing my mind over here. Client is in CA and his estate attorney told us we need to get a trustee on the CRUT we want to establish due to all the moving pieces. I agreed. We then find a good trustee who does Delaware based trusts. This is a common practice.
His attorney then says he cant help with Delaware based trust. He sends us to another attorney who says the same thing.
Do we need to source a Delaware attorney? Ive never been this involved on the establishing side of things, only managing the assets after the fact so I am a little confused who we need to talk to.

2024.11.25 23:20 somethingNervous Vasovagal Synscope episodes are ruining my life and scaring me to death.
28, female, had IBS episodes my whole life but it resurged after having a baby a few years ago.
I’ve had massive anxiety, Ibs symptoms, skin issues and all sorts but no tests find anything (colonoscopy, mri abdomen, mri pelvis). My periods are irregular ever since giving birth and I get high blood sugar symptoms but have a normal hba1c.
A couple times a month, usually around the same time each month, I get awful poop episodes. I get painful waves of cramps, poop huge amounts or diarrhoea, have to lean on the side table or I black out and I get cold sweats. This cycle lasts 30 mins to an hour until I’ve pooped my guts out and look like a ghost (pale, blurry vision, cramps, extreme sweats). It’s awful.
I don’t get what is causing this and was wondering if there’s any specialist I could see or how to help myself during these episodes? It sounds stupid but if I didn’t get this frequently, it literally feels like I’m dying!

I wish this didn't happen. I hate this so much. My friend (let's call him L, junior in high school for context) and my other friend (lets call her V, sophomore for context).
Okay so L and I used to snap and chat a lot on Snapchat. So one day, V decided to go add L from quick add because I guess she wanted to know one of my friends or something, I don't know.
V once only dated females, but she has so many toxic exes, females and males. Now, I'm openly bisexual and she started telling me that she has a crush on another boy (before she found out about L). Also there's no hate with LGBTQIA+. I've been a member and a supporter before I found out I was bi but anyways....after that boy she had a crush on rejected her, I guess she decided to start talking to L more. L and I used to spend our evenings together, talking. Now that's gone because V decided to go talk to him and then they both (separate conversations). L said "I'm otp for V" and V said "I'm so in love with your friend, L". This was on Saturday. Now, I'm a sophomore, and I met them at sophomore year at different times. It's so weird now. L doesnt talk to me anymore and V literally screenshots conversations from their chat and starts telling me all of their conversations and I'm like in my head....how is this my problem 😭 now I have to deal with these two lovebirds 😭😭 but I just gave dry responses, like "cute" and "yep". Latest thing today: they fell asleep on call, call lasted 13 hours. Guess what? I don't care! Now it's V who comes and talks to me about it and L doesn't even talk to me much anymore. It's awful. Why am I apart of their friendship? I have become close to them since this year but now that THEYRE DATING, makes me so disgusted and confused because L has told me things that he wants to have sex with people he likes (he wanted to with me before but I turned him down) and he literally told me that he wants to have sex with V and he's planning on using protection...how do people not know that if you use protection anyways that theres a chance that you can get preg? Not everyone thinks the same way I guess. L asked me all these personal questions on if I'm a virgin and other things. he said he's gonna ask V that and then he wants to do a threesome when their relationship is at their peak (and I obviously said no but I have a feeling hes gonna ask again some day but ik threesomes you don't do it with friends. What should I do? Should I just distance myself from them? Let them be?
My biggest worry is that they're gonna break up and both are going to come crying to me and I'm probably gonna still be friends with both of them. This happened with V and another one of my friends (friend argument and aren't friends anymore) and yet I'm still friends with both of them, v and the other girl don't talk anymore.
