I just got bangs. They were already in my eyes before I left the hair salon. I did try to get the stylist to cut them shorter, but he was reluctant as he said he'd already blow dried them. I guess I hadn't really thought things through and was hoping that even with bangs I would have at least six weeks before I needed to return to the salon. Now I'm seeing that they need to be trimmed every two or three weeks? Considering I'm not comfortable doing this myself, should I assume bangs aren't right for me?

There’s this smaller indie bus operator called Craig’s of Cumbernauld, the only route of theirs I use is the 72 (stops at ASDA Robroyston) but I’ve recently noticed their buses: A - Don’t track on bustimes.org B- Often don’t show up
Now this wouldn’t be a HUGE issue, but I did have an issue lately where I wanted to complain (as one does), and I noticed the address on the side of their buses doesn’t exist, they have no website and no public phone number or email, and the address when you google them seems to be an accountant in Kilsyth.
Does anyone know of any information about them? I’m not saying they’re DODGY but surely you’d expect an operator with a route as popular as the 72 would have some form of contact information

I know the Bankai of the god with a plan is a bit of a recurring discussion (in regards to even its existence), but I'd like to throw my own two cents on the subject as well as two examples I'm referencing as support for this theory of mine
What is known Aizen's Shikai centers itself around complete hypnosis geared towards sensorial manipulation (meaning the illusions are only appliable on what is tangible). All it takes for one to be susceptible to the hypnosis is to fall under its effects once
Aizen's Bankai, while unknown in scope, range and ability, only affects those already under the influence of his Shikai
His Bankai has never been explicitly stated to have been used
Theory Aizen's Bankai casts illusions over time (and maybe other intangible concepts)
Such an ability would make it something extremely situational with no direct combat purposes save for some very specific situations/matchups (more on this in a bit), which in turn would explain why it is not used
Examples The final fight of the series confirms Ywhach is under KS' complete hypnosis. We know than on the first Sternritter invasion in the TYBW the Buckbeard went straight to the Muken to see Aizen in what ended up being a failed recruitment attempt. During Ichigo's first fight with Ywhach (shortly before Hashbrown snips Ichigo's former Bankai in half) we see he is caught by surprise by the appearance of the shadows as he believed he had more time at his disposal before the time limit kicked in and immediately suspects Aizen had something to do with it
Barraggan. This one should be pretty explanatory as he is essentially an embodiment of Death through passage of time (and what was I alluding to earlier when referring to the specificity of such a Bankai in combat. Now, the series itself only shows a flashback of how Aizen put Baraggan under the complete hypnosis of KS when the two first met.
Expanding on the previous point (and on the extent of Barraggan's abilities), we know even Kido Barriers and Bankai (as shown by the disintegration of Soi-Fon's missiles in the FKT battle) are not exempt from rotting away, so what would stop the former King of Hueco Mundo from trying to go for broke with an omnidirectional Respira as an attempt of forcefully dispelling the illusions by rotting them and attempt to terminate Aizen in the process? I'd say an ability which tampers with one's sense of time stacked on top of the sensorial illusions of his Shikai would essentially render the entire skillset of Barraggan to that of a glorified axe thrower
Trivia While this is something not really relevant to the discussion itself, Italian physicist Carlo Rovelli claimed in one of his works that time is an illusion (I find that to be worth referencing both because of KS' illusory powers as well as Aizen's sort of scientific background)

I am looking for a vacuum that my kids (8 and 2.5 can use). Things I want:
-stays on with a button (NOT trigger style) - lightweight stick style vaccuum - weight at the bottom instead of the top (unlike the Dyson) - ideally 2 in 1 style so it can be used as a push vac with a handle and also be easily used as a handheld Dustbuster style. - budget under $100, I was hoping for closer to the $50 range, but it looks like these are more expensive than they used to be. - cordless would be ideal, if battery could be easily replaced that would be a great bonus. I don’t like wast and rebuying every 2 years
Before we had kids we had a little cordless eureka that was basically a handheld with a long handle. We stupidly got rid of it when we got our Dyson even though it had been the perfect thing for kids to use. I’m now on the hunt for a replacement.
Was looking at the Bissel Featherweight, Hoover onepwr evolve, Electrolux, dirt devil versa stick, etc. They all are a little more than I ideally was hoping to pay, but if it was actually a great vacuum then I could go for it. We have a Dyson for the adults so this is not the main cleaner. Is there a decent knock-off budget brand I should look at? Are one of these 2/3 in 1 styles much better than the others? Should I forget cordless and go for the very affordable $20-$30 corded options?

I've been lurking here for a bit, and finally made an initial appointment with one of the doctors recommended on here. I let my partner know that l'm going to explore this route, and if the doctor thinks it will be helpful I'm going to give this a shot. My partner was super angry that I would even consider ketamine therapy and does not support this decision. I understand some of the concern as I was a substance abuser 10 years ago, but have been doing well as far as that goes for a long time now. I'm just looking for some real relief from anxiety and depression and hoping to gain a better self view and,outlook on life. With that being said, has anyone else had negative reactions from their significant other? Or had to find a different place and/or person for a safe space to be able to benefit from this type of therapy? I've showed them numerous articles, websites, and even told them to check out this subreddit as all of the above can explain things much better than I ever could. I just don't know what to do
