Hi! I'm another WA tenant hit by the recent cyclone. My lease includes additional terms: "LANDLORD is responsible for the maintenance of the yard and landscaping...". I informed my landlord that our yards are covered in small, medium, and large branches, with pictures of said branches and a dented gutter, and he replied "ok thanks" by text. That was 5 days ago, and he hasn't taken any action to clean it up. In the last few days I've done most of the work to clean up the medium/large branches and prepare them for the bulk yard waste pickup my city is providing this week and next week. I'd be happy enough if I could deduct the materials/labor from my next month's rent, as I believe you can do in Washington State for tenant self-repair, but I can't find any resources on what I should charge for my hourly labor. Any guidelines here? Thanks in advance =)

I recently set up direct debits on my Starling account through Paypal, Ebay seller, and a Moneybox savings account. Paypal and Ebay have shown up, so I'm just waiting for Moneybox. I assume that as soon as the Moneybox one shows up, I can switch to, say, a Club Lloyds account for the reward right?

But in my job contract it states that my employment can be terminated at anytime by the company or by myself, for any reason, with or without a notice.
