Hi everyone I recently was diagnosed with a DVT in my left arm. I am a 28 year old female with no risk factors except that I was taking birth control, so my doctor ordered labs to make sure I don’t have any underlying clotting disorders. So there’s 2 I’m confused about… my cardiolipin IgM and phospholipid ab IgM are elevated as well as my antithrombin activity. Google is telling me that typically when you have a clot antithrombin activity is normally low. So I’m just wondering if these results are odd? Or am I interpreting something wrong lol

2024.11.26 02:24 -endjamin- Stuck in first zone - should I spend more time in the zone increasing proficiency or just go right to the boss?
The mechanics of this game are nice and it feels good to play, but man is it frustrating. Phrike doesn't seem that hard, but with the long runback and the fact that I need to spend 30-40 minutes just to get up to a level 2 or 3 gun makes it way more difficult to learn the fight and win. I'm not even sure it makes much of a difference. As the title says, is the best strat with bosses to just run in and do what you can with a level 0 or 1 weapon, or should I clear every room to get a better weapon and more Obelites to buy items with?

I’ve had this printer for a couple of months and have loved it and had no issues, until now. I’m using the hp sprocket paper right now, and previously have used the canon paper. For some reason, my printer is now tejecting the paper saying ‘smart sheet error- please use the blue smart sheet provided’.
It was working before so I have no clue what to do, maybe I should just stick to the canon paper? Or is there something wrong with the printer? Very confused and would massively appreciate any help or advice :)

I’ve been researching keyboards and settled on the Wooting keyboards. I’m a keyboard amateur and would be happy with the form factor and overall functionality of either one.
The two main things I’m curious about are: 1) how is the key stability? I’ve heard the keys can be wobbly on the 60HE+. Is it any better on the 80HE? 2) is the wrist positioning that much better on the 80HE? I’ve heard the 60HE has worse positioning and the 80HE has betteadjustable angles.
The 80HE isn’t in stock and I’d get it 1+ month after the 60HE+. But if there are big enough improvements in these areas then I think I’ll go for the 80HE.
What are your thoughts? Thanks for any help!
