So there is this guy I (F) like at work... I know, romance in the workplace is not a good idea, I think so too, but... I don't connect with people easily and with this guy, it was!
We live in different countries, work for the same department, we have interacted by remote meetings and chat and I found we have similar interests and viewpoints about different topics. He has complimented me a few times because I learn coding languages as a hobby.
He knows a coding language I want to learn and I know a coding language he wants to learn. So one day I sent a message to him to ask when he wanted me to explain that coding language... and guess what? He never replied, he saw it but didn't reply at all. (this was around a week ago)
Now I'm in panic... Was I too straightforward? Or is he just not interested? Or maybe interested but don't want to risk it?
Those questions in my head have me thinking... What do you do when you like a male/female coworker? What pros and cons do you consider before making a move?

Hi everyone!
I’ve been going around with a business idea where I live which is a small town in Denmark with around 180k population. The idea is opening a content studio. I’m not a photographer myself, but my education has given me a bit of experience in a lot of creative areas like graphic design, branding, social media, and photography!
My vision:
The studio would be a versatile, inspiring space for photographers, creators, influencers and business owners. I’ve found a beautiful space with high ceiling, brick wall and big windows. It has three room. I thought I’d have multiple furniture setups available for rent (like industrial, scandi,…etc) and the other room with paper backdrops and some lights. I want it to be easy for anyone, from professionals to hobbyists, to come in and create content without needing to worry about too much setup.
The focus would be on creating a space that’s functional, aesthetically pleasing, and adaptable to different styles.
I have already sent out a survey, I got a positive feedback but not a lot! I did competitor research, where I found professional photographey studios but pro equipments but not like the one in mind!
What I’d love your input on:
It would be a new concept here, so it can go well or really bad? What do you think? The reason I mention about the city is because sooo many businesses go bad here for some reason.
Features: What would you expect from a studio like this? Things like lighting options, backdrops, or extra equipment?
Marketing: If you were opening a content studio, how would you get the word out to attract the right audience?
Experience: If you’ve ever rented or worked in a content studio, what stood out to you good or bad?
This is my first time stepping into something like this, so I’d love any advice or insights! My goal is to create a space that supports creativity in all forms and is easy to use for anyone with a vision.

2024.11.26 00:40 69cansofravoli Jcb or Kubota?

Looking at a new JCB 215T or used Kubota 95-2s. Both track loaders.
We have two businesses and it’d be shared between my dad’s dairy farm and my business. We get along great and have shared other equipment successfully.
We’d be using it for dirt work, manure, forestry, snow clearing, and mowing. I’m going to say it’s going to be used very hard. Not recklessly but hard.
Pops is getting old and really likes the idea of the side door on the JCB. I’m not too sure of the single armed boom though. Not sure if it will handle the abuse. Really like the safety aspect of it though as he really doesn’t have much business climbing over attachments with muddy boots.
My compromise is the Kubota with the flip up door and extra HP.
Anyone have experience with JCB? Slightly worried 75hp won’t be enough with the JCB. Id probably have a shop delete the emissions and tune it up but don’t really know what that entails since I’m not a mechanic. We own lots of tractors (85-250hp) and have plenty of equipment experience just have never owned skid steers. We have used them plenty just never owned one.

I just installed the full version after running the portable version for a long time. I imported the config file, but it doesn't appear to have everything needed to make the installed version run the same as the portable.
Any docs or tips on what else I need to do so that I get the same experience as I currently have with the portable? Or do I have to go through and manually set things up to match?
But after importing the config file the installed version instead of the 4 fan controls I had setup with names, it just shows 9 fans without names all switched off and not paired with sensors. I was expecting it to just import all this?
