My twin sister and I have been accepted into a couple of colleges recently and we're thinking about starting the FAFSA forms soon. However, I've heard from my mom that when a parent makes an account, they have to fill out info for the student and she's confused if she has to put only one of us or both of our info in that section. I'm greatly confused and both me and my sister have friends who aren't twins so we don't have anyone to help with our situation. Any ideas about this would be greatly appreciated!

My desktop has been running at slow internet speeds for 5-6 months and my phone on the same network runs extremely faster speeds. I factory reset most of the computer a few weeks ago to clear up some space because I barely had any, but the slow speed hasn’t gone away. The speed tests were took at the same time, and my WiFi adapter is in the 3rd picture. I wanted to blame apartment-provided WiFi but my phone running fast doesn’t allow me to make that argument. TIA

2024.11.26 01:30 The_Pumpking Creating custom snap points using empties?
 | I've been trying to figure out how to use an easy-snap building system to model constructions in blender (kinda like a pipe system that fits into each other). I was hoping to use single-arrow empties as directional anchor points for snapping objects together. Something like this, where moving either end of the cylinder would snap one of the cylinder's empties directly on one of the empties on the cube. https://preview.redd.it/1zyaszfbd53e1.png?width=2585&format=png&auto=webp&s=3366b0266fbb8e87a22c6b0efc2b942139d35fbf I have a couple of problems with this, the first one I'm running into is that the vertex snapping tool tries to get any vertex, which will be a problems once the models are more complex. But I'm hoping there's some solution where I can filter out snapping to only do empties? Is that even possible, maybe with an addon? And the second problem is making the model and empites of an object move all together, no matter which one I select to move... any ideas for that? I've tried parenting and using "Child of" constraints, but the child empty can always be moved independently from the parent. I want the parent and child transform lock to go both ways.
