First one I encountered underground, Brush fired me in seconds with 100 AKs. I left, thought may be I am not supposed to go there like EldenRIng hoping to return later and now same happened in another spot.
No way to pick up all the 100 guns on the ground surrounding the Burer before being spotted from 1000 miles away.
Blood suckers are a breeze to deal with, but these guys seem to have unlimited ammo on their guns, also if I find myself lucky hiding in the next room, Behold! that gun I spent upgrading dragging bodies across the zone for hours has turned against me.

I’m the kind of person who won’t even use the “s” or “b” words when home alone in the middle of the night, let alone in the presence of anyone else. So it always shocks me to hear people casually using cuss words, whether out in public or on a television program. If you were moving in with a partner and you both had dogs, how would you handle it?
I (29F) have a non-shedding dog that I crate every night. I have never slept in the bed with my dog. My dog is crated every time I leave the house, and I do not let him roam when I'm gone.
My partner (31M) has a shedding dog that he sleeps with every night. He only uses a create for rare occasions and lets his dog freely roam his home.
We are quite the opposite in our dog parenting. I do not want to sleep with a shedding dog in my bed. and he cannot imagine putting his dog in a crate. Thoughts on how to cohabitate in the future??

Hi everyone, we recently purchased a new-build house, and today we noticed a leak in the basement, just two months after moving in. It’s worth mentioning that we recently had a major heavy snowfall. The home builder is scheduled to come tomorrow to inspect the issue, but I’m wondering what might have caused this. The leak is in the mechanical room, behind the furnace and hot water tank area, seems like the drywall is the most wet spot of this so that’s probably were it’s happening. Thank you!

Holidays with my husband have been hard since having kids. We don’t work well together, again something we found out after having kids, and our approach to holidays is very different. I love putting thought into gifts and trying to make the day magical, I get such enjoyment out of surprising people with gifts. I’ve also always been poor most of my life so I can stretch a dollar during the holidays and always wait for deals or get things second hand.
We have two kids who are 4&6, husband works full time and I work weekends, our kids do hybrid school so they are in person 3 days a week and homeschooled the rest of the time. Since the very first holiday as parents my husband never seems interested in planning or buying gifts. I’ll try to talk to him about a budget, I’ll try to go over gift ideas, I’ll try to show him the things I got after they arrive so he knows what the kids are getting. He might pick out one or two things at Christmas, but usually gets them last minute after I’ve guilted him into trying to get something. I get the gifts for both sides of our family and all of our nieces and nephews.
Unfortunately this year I’m recovering from surgery and have been out of work since August on FMLA. I’m going back in a couple weeks but I haven’t been bringing in money. My husband and I maintain separate bank accounts (generally my account is used for kid related things and his account is used for general bills) and I’ve asked probably a dozen times if we can please talk about a plan for Christmas, because I have no money in my account and the holiday is approaching. Every time he blows me off or says yes and conveniently gets distracted by something.
Tonight I asked again and he said yes, so I just led in with “my lists are picked out, I just need the money to pay for it” and he flipped out at me. He said it was rude and inconsiderate, and that I asked if we could have a conversation and then just blurted out that I already had everything picked out so didn’t actually care to have a conversation with him about it. I responded by saying that for 6 years now I’ve had to beg for him to be involved with holiday and birthday shopping, and every year he says he will talk to me about it and participate and he never does, so why would I think that he actually wants to talk about the gifts? He knows my account is empty so what we need to talk about is the money. If he wants to participate I would be thrilled but he doesn’t need my permission to make his own list and share it with me if he wants to, or even pick a few things as a surprise. But that I wasn’t going to just take his ideas and then do all of the shopping for him, I’ve already spent weeks shopping on my own like I’ve always had to do, getting blown off every time I try to approach the subject. My comment about needing money for the things I’ve picked out is just a statement of truth, it has nothing to do with his ability to also pick out gifts or my desire for him to help.
He called me the AH and said he wanted to be away from me the rest of the night. AITA for what I said?
