Hey everyone. I’ve been considering going really heavy into social media for marketing, but I’ve kinda hit a wall thinking about what I should do. Some background - I’m 20, been doing real estate around 6 months, been getting leads/clients the traditional way, and would love to start working on some inbound marketing methods.
I live in Michigan, so although there are some nice homes, most of the market isn’t super, super fancy, and if they are, they aren’t 1/1 architect homes that you’d see somewhere in Bay Area or in those states with unique architecture.
All of this to ask - what is something that I can do that is somewhat unique? Every realtor does the same handful of content and I can’t imagine it does that great. What is something that people would actually want to watch? Do people want to see videos of walkthroughs in $300k ranches? What’s something people would sit through, click through, etc.?
Ever since watching Ryan Serhant’s Owning Manhattan, I’ve been trying to really think about how I could slowly build a large social media following that’s interesting. Any advice? Thanks!

Just brought my 5 month old Juvenile home today. He's nervous and I felt bad because when I took him out he was puffed and was hissing. :( kind of scared me a little bit. Should I limit handling and petting for a bit till he gets used to his enclosure? When I go near the tank in front of the glass he puffs up. He's a spicy one... I want him to know I'm not a threat and want to eventually snuggle him.
-120 gallon tank, pro t5 uvb, 125 watt basking bulb.

So, for the past year I've been eating the same salad. I know I'm lactose intolerant but I eat it anyways..well, recently it's been giving me really bad gas, (my roommate has pointed it out and it's embarrassing me). I know I need to stop eating the salad as it contains milk and I can't digest it..but it's a safe meal and a hyperfixation meal. I'm almost scared of losing it and no longer having it as an option as I don't have many safe foods left..help :(((

My loans ( Mohela) were forgiven in July 2023. I got the letter, balance zero, etc. They would show up as Paid in Full on Student Aid gov., with a zero balance. Today I logged in and they show up as cancelled as of August 2024. Anyone knows the difference and why they would show up cancelled a year after they were actually forgiven.

Title says it all. Ive been at my new job for a month, i dont want to give too much away but it’s similar to case management. A lot of phone time, emails, etc. I miss the hospital I THINK (crazy to say i know) but I’ve only been at this new job for a month. Pros so far do not outweigh the cons imo. I have a per diem job but is it too early to jump ship?
Quick insight of new job: used to work 3 12’s, now i work 4 10’s, commuting longer, less patient care, salaried 😐

A toy ball got stuck in the shower drain and I tried to remove it as it was still in view but it disappeared into the trap . The shower has been running for 20 mins now with no blockage . What are the chances that it just made its way to the sewer? Its a rental and I don’t know how to access the trap since it’s a shower with no tub so I belive it would involve removing the floor.

It’s something that’s just sat with me; there’s constant reminders he’s been gone for seven years and may have succumbed to “angelic weaponry.” Charlie mentions to Vaggie in episode one that she hasn’t heard from her mom in roughly seven years. Now, Alastor is back on the scene, he’s at least partially focused on Charlie, and he’s no longer a free demon - his wings were clipped by someone, but who?
I’ll admit, the only rational I can come up with feels flimsy. Did Lillian want Alastor to help her where she herself could not? Did Lilith stop caring and wants to stay and heaven and just not deal? Is he supposed to bring her Charlie in Heaven? It all seems a little shaky but it’s an idea I keep kicking around.
