You are good at remembering faces. At least that is what I would say. I think it is a matter of custom. If you say that you are good with names, people will understand that you remember names well. @randomhead Ditto. Native English speaker here and "It's ok with me" is perfectly fine. Maybe it is regional, I don't know, and maybe the phrase "dog's hackles were up" is also regional because that's something I would never, ever think to say :). In general, some adjectives go with certain prepositions, but some adjectives can go with more than one preposition (and context will determine which preposition fits better, though in many cases the use of one preposition doesn't rule out other prepositions, as the meaning doesn't really change). I am just a bit confused about the "purpose" phrases. I've googled all those phases below with quotation marks and find they are more of less used in articles or scientific papers. And yes, even phase like "IN the purpose to" is frequently used in passages. So what will be the most formal way to... What is the right way to say that? 1. He divorced her. 2. He divorced with her. 3. He dovirced from her. Do the 1st and the 3rd variants mean the same? Can we use "with" like in the 2nd variant? Thank you all for your help in advance! My idea: e.g. I continue my journey with a hope of reaching the place to rest. Hi, I’ve dealt with hypoglycemia my entire life and have a blood test tomorrow. I’ve really worried about it since I have to fast before the appointment. Has anybody had any experience scrapping a car with Inland Steel in Regina? I’m curious as to how much I could get for a car that has a bad head gasket. I’m torn between fixing and selling or scrapping it if the price is right. I know Bucks offers 500 bucks but I’m also out of town so I doubt I’d even get that. Would also be interested in some other options if you know of any places that take cars.
If someone wants to buy a car with a bad head gasket and a few other minor problems then let’s talk too!

i live in kansas city (ibew local 124), i am applying to an apprenticeship with them. really want to land a spot, how do i stick out? is there any way to move up the list thats not via test score or interviews? i have no electrical experience. studying and practicing for the interview and hope to do well but i see lots of people getting stuck in pre apprenticeship (willing to do this if necessary, see lots of ppl saying it’s dumb though) or not making it at all. anyone have any tips?

So I am 30 seconds into the episode and I am shocked at myself on how much I utterly despise and loath not only the sight and sound of ( guess who before the post ends) lol, continuing on.... but I find that even the thought, ya just the plain image in my head of (______) compells me to want to drink or drive a car off a cliff. My reasons may be petty, immature & Uncalled for to some, but apparently to me.. well they are valid, understandable and very well warranted. From the condescending pitch of the voice ( where everything said sounds like a question due to the up-pitch to end every sentence), to the beady bug eyed ( again the word ) condescending looks and eye rolls that just reads through body language that " I am Better than you" & "who the FUCK! do you think you are" attitude. Like I said I just started the episode and am literally 30 seconds in, and I am * CRINGING * already.. I hope I don't feel this way all through this 2hr episode, because she just gives me the " Ick" so it must disturb me greatly, just for the fact of the effort I am putting in to describe my pain to all the people that may be reading this.... and it may be the edibles also, but hey, who can tell? 🤪 Anywho!!! Thanx for taking the time to read or skim or even just look at my post! I appreciate you all. Except for Corona. Please make her stop ✋️ please 🙏. Shit ! I just bought a 2 tb nvme drive, I have a lot of old drives, 1 ,1 tb ssd and 2 hdd 1 1 tb other 2 tb. WOW that is confusing. Should I switch the os to the nvme drive or leave it on the ssd currently, i got one because when I download games my system becomes practically unusable because the ssd is being maxed out in write speed.
