2024.11.26 02:51 pr10 [Help!] Lost all but the last 30 days of messages with my friend after iOS 18 update - any way to recover?
As the title mentions, I upgraded my iPhone 14 Pro to iOS 18 the other day. I just noticed the conversation between a good friend and I ended up in my Recently Deleted messages. I recovered the messages but only the last 30 days of messages are back. I feel sick to my stomach with worry that I’ve lost YEARS of texts between us, mostly within the past year.
Is there anything I can do to recover them?
I’m thinking I may have to go the software recovery route because I noticed my iCloud hasn’t synced since January of this year. I tried restoring from iCloud through my phone settings but haven’t seen the previous texts up to January ‘24 reappear. I don’t know if I lost any other text conversations but this one hurts especially because it’s my good friend. I’d rather not spend money so if I can do this for free that would be much appreciated. I feel so bleh right now about this. Of all the conversations to have been deleted, why my friend… :/

Anyone else getting the Goth Rey Glitch where she doesn’t stop attacking on Conquest? I’m stuck on GAS because she won’t stop attacking with her basic even when he’s supposed to drop into Meditation or whatever.
I guess my solution is to just sit there for 5 mins and let time run out but idk if that will get rid of it or not bc it’s still there when I quit out.

I play on a cell phone so idk how to record a video of the gameplay and post it but i believe i found a bug.
Attack started out normal and base had been 85 percent destroyed when this happened. My King was full health or 90+ clearing out buildings on the outside perimeter of the wall to the base. Only 1 archer tower, king, and grand warden left for defense. King attacks a hut and barracks while the warden starts attacking my king. All good warden is up next king should target the warden. He doesn’t though he walks past as he is getting attacked and then hits another hut and something else after then and proceeds to just ignore the warden. Enemy king jumps the wall and attacks my king. Then my king targets the king defending. Ignored the warden the whole time, anyone else notice this? possible targeting bug? Tried to be as descriptive as possible so no confusion

Hey all! I have started posting my own writing and reviews on a little blog over the past month or two, including stuff from earlier in the year.
I just completed Link’s Awakening DX for the first time ever and had a really special experience! Even though this is my first time beating it, I’ve had a funny relationship with the game growing up.
I even had to take my cartridge apart to try and repair it halfway through the adventure 😮💨 It was quite a journey!

Hi there!
I recently installed CFW onto my PS3, and have had a lot of trouble trying to run any of the ISOs.
I currently have the ISOs in a PS3ISO folder on the root of an NTFS drive. Webman, Irisman, and Multiman can all see the drive, recognize the games, and begin to launch them, but this process always times out, giving the encrypted ISO error.
I tried running the Evilnat CFW auto patcher, but it doesn't recognize that I have any encrypted ISOs. I'm thinking this might be an NTFS thing.
I have the proper IRD files for my games, but I'm unsure of what to actually do with them--or if I can really do anything with them considering I'm on a Mac.
What would be the easiest method for getting my encrypted ISOs up and running on my PS3? The only software that I've been able to get up and running on my computer that may be helpful are the PS Mac Tools (but none of these seem to apply here).
Would I be best served reformatting my drive to exFAT, splitting my ISOs, and then using the CFW auto patcher?

Hi everyone! I’ve recently started collecting steins and learning about them, and it’s been a really enjoyable hobby so far. However, I’ve run into something that’s left me a bit confused and discouraged.
While exploring the hobby, I’ve encountered what I guess you’d call “purists” who insist that only German made steins are “real” and dismiss others as “fake.” I don’t understand this. Isn’t a stein just a drinking vessel with a lid? If I find one that I like, even if it’s from another country or mass produced, isn’t that good enough?
For me, steins are more than just functional, they’re art. I appreciate the craftsmanship and the designs, regardless of where they’re made or their production methods. It’s frustrating to share steins I love and hear people dismiss them as worthless just because they don’t meet a certain standard.
So, I’m wondering, what are the “rules” here? Why are some people so rigid about what qualifies as a stein? Is this a widely held view in the stein collecting community, or just a vocal minority?
I’d love to hear your thoughts, especially if you’re someone who also collects non-German or mass produced steins. What makes a stein valuable to you?

Imagine a scenario that someone has $1000 in yotta and that synapse believes this money is all in evolve.
If that person withdrew all this money before the account freeze then it seems that either
1) evolve should have a negative balance for this person
OR
2) synapse pulled this money from a different bank.
So how could someone withdraw their money before the account freeze? Did synapse give them someone else's money? Am I misunderstanding anything?
