Rotator cuff injury is a common cause of shoulder pain, especially in older and active people. Tears can be symptomatic or asymptomatic. Thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS) is a general term that refers to symptoms and findings which follow from compression of the principal neurovascular structures that course across and through the spaces of the thoracic outlet (brachial plexus nerves, subclavian vein, or subclavian artery).The thoracic outlet is the area of the upper chest and base of the neck that is bound by the scalene muscles ... crepitance of clavicle or humerus; Horner's syndrome; tachypnoea, respiratory distress, feeding difficulties, failure to thrive; lack of full range of passive movement; hyper-reflexia, persistent primitive reflexes, abnormal muscle tone, or abnormal body posture A rib fracture is a break in one of the rib bones of the thoracic skeleton. Rib fractures are common injuries that most frequently are due to blunt force trauma (including falls and non-accidental injury), but can also occur as a result of aggressive cardiopulmonary resuscitation, athletic activities, or primary bone tumours and metastatic lesions ('pathological fractures'). Psoriatic arthritis (PsA) is a heterogeneous disease with multiple clinical manifestations including peripheral arthritis, spondyloarthritis, dactylitis, enthesitis, and skin and nail psoriasis. Brachial plexus injuries most commonly result from motor vehicle accidents, gunshot or stab wounds, contact sport accidents, or workplace accidents during heavy physical labour. Clavicle fracture typically presents in young age groups (<30 years), particularly active males, with moderate to severe pain at the fracture site following a direct fall on the shoulder (e.g., while playing sports), a road traffic accident, or other high-energy injury. The American College of Chest Physicians defines upper airway cough syndrome (UACS) as a syndrome characterized by chronic cough (i.e., present for ≥8 weeks) related to upper airway abnormalities. Tremor is defined as an involuntary rhythmic oscillation of ≥1 body parts, mediated by alternating contractions of reciprocally acting muscles. Joint dislocation is a complete separation of 2 articulating bony surfaces, often caused by a sudden impact to the joint.

Everyone saying that josh and based are getting arrested for a rug pull. It won’t happen for years. Crypto has just recently come onto the SECs radar. They are trying to catch up for years of rug pulls. Thats why logan paul hasn’t been arrested for zoocoin. The only reason sam fried got screwed so fast is it was such an insane amount of money. They will get caught eventually but it will probably be years and years from now.

God, the urge to go back is insane. I've been alright, but it's always in the back of my head. I find a new character I like, and my first thought is still "damn, I need to make a bot of them" even though I know it's bad.

Interviewed for role Oct31st with referral from friend who works there. Don’t hear anything for 2 weeks and am wondering if I will make it to the next round so I follow up with the recruiter. They tell me they are still interviewing and will update me in the next 2 weeks. Been two weeks and still no update from the recruiter. Friend updates me and tells me that the hiring manager said that he said he scheduled candidates for the next round but the manager doesn’t know if they were scheduled or not. He also said that hiring for the position has been delayed for who knows how long. I will follow up with the recruiter tomorrow. It typically takes them a week to fill this particular role, but we’re already coming up a month.

2 weeks ago, when I was having sex with some girl and she was on top, she came down on it and it bent (ouch) but my pain wasn't excruciating right away, it hurt but we were able to finish afterwards. The next day, I meet with her again to have sex, I get an erection like normal and we have sex, but this time I feel completely numb. It doesn't feel good at all, as if nothing is going on. I go to the emergency room, they say it's a 15hr wait because it's "not an emergency" since it isn't deformed and purple. So I say fuck it, go home and call 811 who tells me how to care for it the best I can. Now it's been 2 weeks, my pain is very much present, although I am no longer numb. I'm having some dysfunction as well as lost a good half-inch of length when I measured, and I am in panic mode. I'm going to try to get an ultrasound or something done ASAP, however I also have a lot of pain in my groin and in my hip, is it possible that the strain placed on me irritated my pelvic floor which has caused my symptoms? I fear that if nothing is found when I go get this injury checked out that I'll just be written off and dealing with this. I'm scared because last time I had similar issues (though to a lesser degree) there was nothing immediately found and I wasn't being taken serious especially because of my age. It took a good 3-4 years until I was able to get back on track, and now after a few months I fear that my dick is ruined. Also forgot to mention, I can only get myself erect by touching myself, I know I should be letting the area rest but I wanted to make sure it still worked. However, when I managed to get pretty hard I instantly ejaculated which is odd, and makes me wonder if pelvic floor is possible or if I should seriously go back to a hospital asap. Does anybody have similar experience? Should it take time, take it easy and then size/function will come back? Or is it time to panic?
