I only found out my 34F got diagnosed only 4 years ago im level 1 high functioning. But have found some level 2 and 3 stims some learned some hidden, that I love over the years. I can't stop it so good and I feel I need to, I think maybe stress but i have needed to do it so much im like a pressure cooker and the need is high. Does anyone's get more at some point, then slow down. I'm thinking why that maybe I'm just so tired of masking. Or I've been so stressed lately( tw... death in family, pet and body I have fibmyalgia) I'm started to stop caring though there still is some resistance ay work and grocery stores.
I have been nonstop, twirling, counting outloud, repeating, flapping usually hands and wrists but lately it's been all arms like bird, rocking and bouncing up and down. And loud verbal stems. Like random sounds, songs, I'm like a canary and can replay whatever I hear today was that whistle song that's a meme and my niece was listing and she said I didn't know you knew that. I can be myself around her it's nice.
(We went to get mini doughnuts, go to my fav place the big library,floor to ceiling books 🤤 and read all my fav books from when I was a kid( all science and MLK). And all while doing my stims she joined too!! Heh.)

At this point I feel like I’m wasting my time posting these, but I’m still hoping I can find some cool people on this sub. I’m pretty much alone out here so it would be nice to meet some people and form some lasting connections, not just on the internet but irl too. Hey guys, after a windows update today I'm not able to access any file or app from my hard drive, not even the user file. I tried to uninstall the updates but it doesn't work. Every time I try to access the user file with my nickname, a message saying I need permition to access it pops up, the problem is that when I click the "continue" buttom it keeps me wainting forever. Could anyone help me with that ?
