I opened up my vaccum-sealed paint palette to find this beauty growing in it. I prefer to squeeze paint into these palettes instead of letting the paint dry out using traditional metal palettes. Obviously, the wet environment is perfect growth for this specimen but I want to figure out how to avoid it in the future. The paint in the picture is ARTEZA watercolor paint. I have 4 other watercolor palettes like this and nothing has happening to them other than the ocassional separation.

No es realmente una pregunta. Mi gato tiene ya 7 años y lo castraron a los meses de edad antes de tenerlo (tiene 2 hermanos más que viven con mis tíos) pero es el único que está "mal castrado"
Y... Es triste. Desde que está en casa se crío como gato de afuera (de tipo familia de campo, como mis abuelos. El gato siempre afuera igual que el perro), yo lo dejo entrar de vez en cuando y se queda con migo como ahora.
Pero siempre, siempre, coge mis sábanas. De toda la vida, el gato que teníamos antes no castrado hacia lo mismo. Pero con este la verdad es ya triste porque está castrado y no puede hacer nada pero se re calienta. Me da una lastima enorme ver qué no puede y se rinde a lamerse noma.
Es tanto descargo como para preguntar por qué puede ser esto. La verdad siempre mis gatos lo hicieron, solo en mi cama, y no se por qué.

I wanted to see what you thought about viruses such as TMV being present in vermicompost from plant material being fed to the worms that was contaminated with a virus? I grow commercial greenhouse tomatoes and an always concerned about introducing such viruses to my crop and wanted to see if anyone has experience with this.

Did anyone else love how they used music in the show? Song choices with certain scenes were marvelous and brilliant!
Some examples that come to mind:
- "Maniac" when they showed psychotic sisters Carol and Barb in the gym staring at Debbie, knowing they were both contemplating murdering their sister.
- that song they played when Frieda Berlin was moved from general population to Florida (the part of the prison where the older inmates and psych patients are housed).
- the sad song they played when they gave the old lady so-called "passionate release" (really a dump and run).

2024.11.26 05:29 Ok_Chest_6939 I'm a 2025 Graduate being offered a 11 month internship is it okay to take an internship at this point?
I know 11 months is a long time but the company is great (MNC)! Plus being from a tier 3 college we have little to no companies visiting our campus and those that are visiting are just giving 4-4.5 lpa package (that too after the first 6 months bcz the first 6 months are supposed to be an intern/training period where the pay would be 15k-20k pm). some have bond conditions too.
However the company that has offered me intern is saying there would be a performance based PPO (FTE -10LPA) but there is no written confirmation regarding that on the mail.
My thought process- 11 months is surely enough time fro me to perform there and grab a PPO, also , I would be always looking for other FTE roles offcampus side by side. plus i have no hopes from my college, this is the best way i can figure out
