Cement tile stain help needed. These have been laid for around a week using a sand and cement bed. Cleaning them with water prior to sealing is causing this brown stain, possibly pulling oxide from the sand. Any suggestions welcome. I'm trying a light hydrogen peroxide mix. Would time help?

I just managed to find a t480, with i5vpro, 16gb and a 512gb nvme, the device is almost pristine. came preloaded with windows 11 pro.
Paid $200 for it, and im very pleased.
One of the batteries is probaly dead (external battery), but had already budgeted for replacing both batteries, the internal one holds charge upto 97%, so it looks like its good.
The device feels snappy, faster than i anticipated, for a 2018 device.
Over all im very pleased with it.
My list of upgrades are.
- new 6 cell external battery
- upgrade to 32gb ram
- clean out old thermal paste and replace.
- new keyboard, its thai/english which is ok, all my other devices are same, but it makes the keyboard a little busy, there are extra keys.

So basically I remember being in elementary school from 2009-16 and there was this computer game kids in my local library would gather around and play together with. They were junior high schoolers or high schoolers which is important to note so this wasn't some Hello Kitty Island Adventure type thing
It had a 2d artstyle where you played as rats. I think now that I look back on it it might've been similar to the skitari from 40k. They would all just sit there and run around as these scary armored looking rat guys. I think there was cheese involved too? It was third person POV too.
There was three or more players involved too.

So. I have massive nighttime anxiety. I hate being talone at night and I would love to find some people that can pass that time with me on occasion. Here’s the weird part: I’m not really okay, like, physically or mentally right now. And I do not want to talk about it. I’m working toward finding help to get better, for for now, it’s kind of a purgatory situation. Because of this, I’m absolutely not ready for actual dating or relationships, but I AM lonely. Ok to start- I chose CNY fertility clinic because I have zero coverage due with my current insurance and am a travel patient. I knew the positives and negatives before getting into this clinic but my own experience today has made me so disappointed and discouraged to do anything else.
I had my consult in August. It was fine. I consulted with 4 other clinics but the cost was $15k less than any clinic in California so I went for it. My partner and i decided to do an egg retrieval in November and then do a FET in January or February 2025.
I did what I was told - call the clinic on day 1 of my cycle and found a local clinic to do all my local monitoring. This is where I found it strange and looking back I wish I advocated for myself a bit more. Day 1 was Nov 2. The nurse said they don’t have an appt until end of November (what?!) and was going to put me on the pill on day 4 to hold and then start stim medication a few weeks later.
I was told to start stim meds on Nov 15. It was going fine but my follicle growth was slow and I was told I’d likely be good to go by Nov 26. Well definitely not true because on Nov 22 I was told I would trigger at Monday the earliest and Wednesday the latest. Luckily I was in the Denver area the weekend before so I was able to go to the local Colorado Springs clinic today to find out I should trigger Wednesday and come back for a 7am retrieval on Friday but because there is a snow storm expected, I need to come on Thursday (Thanksgiving). I burst into tears because I felt like I was not told the full process transparently. I had 7ish follicles which are over 16mm and 8 more which are between 11 and 15mm.
So now we had the option of triggering tonight to try to get something or chance it, go back to California and come back on Thursday, wait around here until Friday morning. Now it’s Thanksgiving on Thursday and usually I would not care, but I’m invited to a 20 person family dinner and I did not tell my family I am doing fertility treatments and do not feel comfortable discussing or disclosing private information to everyone. I thought about every reason as to why I could miss thanksgiving and it’s a lose lose. I already can’t deal with the fact my extended family is nosy and makes comments like oh you guys should try for a baby soon (like no shit we have been trying!), and the last thing I want or need is anyone to look at me with “oh it’s okay,” kind of looks. Like one family member randomly came up to me to tell me a story of some random person I met once in my life who had a baby after 12yrs of trying by doing IVF…and that was a story told to give me a “hint.”
Anyways, I’m just disappointed because had I been told stim meditation could be taken up to 14days I would have timed this differently. The nurses at CNY on the phone - some are nice but some just want to get you off the phone so fast. I have been in tears all day because there’s a good chance I will have to go through another egg retrieval because of the stupid schedule- they’re booking based on their schedules not my body schedule. And also gutted because here we were trying to save money and now we are gonna be close to $12K and $3-4k more I could have done 1 round at a clinic in Arizona or Southern California I saw a few around $15k price.
Thanks for reading that’s my rant. I will leave a full review and experience of CNY after my retrieval and then my FET (fingers crossed.
