My dad jokes my brother because he (apparently) pees sitting down. I imagine it’s a lot more comfortable to just sit than it is to stand. Is it like a masculinity thing? I don’t get it.

Salut à tous. Je dois changer mon bon vieux et loyal PC (1080Ti, 2700X) ainsi que mon écran, qui me suivent depuis plus de 6 ans et qui ne sont plus vraiment au fait aujourd'hui. J'ai donc prévu ça.
Seulement, la facture est sacrément salée (surtout quand je sais que mon PC m'avait coûté - de 2000€ en 2017 !), donc je voulais savoir s'il y avait moyen de la réduire en allant acheter chez nos voisins européens.

i got two wisdom teeth removed this friday, alongside a upper molar that was dying. no far i feel little to no pain where i got the molar removed, but the wisdom tooth healing pain has been so severe not even the pain meds they're prescribing me (advil 600mg, tylenol 500mg, oxy 5mg) has done me any good in relieving my pain. its been four days now since i got them removed and it hurts like hell, ive had to call out of work because i cant open my mouth to speak, i cant eat (i can maybe manage a small cup of yogurt and smoothies), and i can't sleep more than three hours without immense pain again. its swollen and it feels like my teeth are genuinely inflating inside my gums, i dont know what to do. everyone says its probably not dry socket and "i would know" but this pain is genuinely debilitating, and im someone that generally heals really well, with a high pain tolerance, so i dont know whats going on. i take advil every six hours and tylenol every two hours after the advil, with oxy following whenever i feel like i need more (which is often). i dont know what to do. any other opinions?
i do not drink, i do not smoke. ive been using the mouth wash prescribed to me very lightly (moving my head side to side to swish), im not using straws, nor creating suction in my mouth. i dont use any other drugs and i havent been taking my vitamins due to issues opening my mouth. thank you!
