I had VS 2022 Community installed on my home PC for some private projects.
after upgrading to 17.12 two highly annoying bugs came along:
- When adding a CLASS , Visual Studio would add an INTERFACE instead !
- MVC5 scaffolding completly broke down.
- Can't add Views (the OK button is disabled)
So... I nuked the installation with the automated un-installer
Downloaded Visual Studio 2022 Pro 17.9 (THE ONLY Bugfree installation i know of) - and boom, eveything works.

Hi. I’m a high school student and just truly sick of school. I just want to graduate and be done. I’m struggling this year more than ever and have gone from like straight A’s to like Cs and Ds. I don’t know why I just can’t keep up with the work, it’s like i’m paralyzed from the stress. Whenever I try to sit down and try to get work done my mind will just go off to something completely different, I can literally do anything BUT school which is becoming a huge problem. It just doesn’t even feel rewarding anymore.
I do have a job, which is really the only place I can find an escape. I know i’m appreciated there and make a difference, as i’m praised by my leads all of the time for it. I’ve even been asked about growing with the company. I enjoy the leadership I get to take there and just being around my coworkers who I’ve come to value so much. When I’m in school I just don’t want to be there or around the people there, but work feels like an escape.
I just need to figure out what to do. My parents want me to decrease my availability at work but I really don’t want to because first off, again, work is like an escape, and 2nd off, work doesn’t really cause me to not have time for school, I just procrastinate and don’t get my work done in the plenty of time I have outside of school or even in school.

Hi everyone, there's some K affs that have been popular in my area lately, and so I'm prepping for them. I've never debated K affs before but am familiar with some arguments against them. I'm just kinda confused how I should organize my 1NC. I have like a few questions
- Is T-USFG separate from framework?
- Also is theory part of the case debate or is it on framework? Like where would I put a Cede the Political/Switch Side Debate/Presumption?
- Can I run a counterplan to solve the aff's impacts or is that generally not a thing?
- How good are ballot PIKs, generally?
- How do people generally structure the neg block if they just run T-USFG? Is the 2NC the T and the 1NR just case? How do you get case cards if each K aff is so different?
- Do I just resort to generic links for Ks vs the K aff? Cause again each K aff is so different I don't know how I would find a specific link. Also would the lack of a specific K link be an independent reason for fairness/education in the T?
