Hello, is there a mod that change the map in such a way that makes more countries build a navy ? I mean that in vanilla there isn't much point to building a navy as someone that isn't Japan, US, UK, Italy and maybe France. I'd like a mod that allows you to engage more in navies, either by total map conversion or something else.
Basically I want to play around with the navy more, but it is getting stale sinking the RN, USN, IJN, RM, etc...
Is there such a mod ?

Hi guys, I have been starting my ceramic shell journey and it doesn't turn out well. I left the workshop for a month and got back with the slurry stuck, gel appeared. Knowing that my workshop can have temperature going downer than 5c degrees Celsius, I have insulated the barrel and rolled around a warming cable, to maintain 16 degrees Celsius, and automated a stirring every two days 15 minutes. I'm wondering if the cable has been heating up too much on the perimeter of the barrel or if it's the liquid that has evaporated over time leading to this mess. The barrel is a full batch of 25kgs adbond advantage, and has now a thick 15cm all around, bottom and top stiff. The middle is thick as pancake dough. I have started to "break out" the parts and mixing thoroughly the whole batch adding distillated water. Is it still savable? Or should I dump all my batch and starting a fresh one? Thanks a lot!

Does anyone have an anonymous google account they can use to post a review for my former employer on my behalf?
I want to post an honest review on the working conditions to warn others. Unfortunately, since it’s a smaller company, their current and former employees are too afraid to post for themselves (including me).
Here’s my review:
If you are considering working here, I would highly recommend you read this warning.
Current and former employees all have the same complaints. No work life balance, poor compensation, tons of workplace drama, high turnover and a decent amount of gaslighting.
Let’s break it down.
- Work life balance: You are expected to be online for events nation wide (sometimes in person). The overtime worked on these events are not considered banked hours and they are not compensated extra. You are simply asked to work extra hours to help the team out. They are also always understaffed so employees are overloaded with clients and expected to take on multiple roles at the company.
- Workplace Drama: Starting from the top down, owners will frequently argue with each other or gossip about each other in team meetings. What’s worse is that if you make one small mistake, the entire company gossips about it within hours and this is now your entire reputation. Any good work you do in the company is quickly overshadowed by gossip and labels.
- High Turnover: Most employees have a 1-3 year turnover rate but many have also not even lasting a whole year. There is not much room to move up and working so much overtime just to get a pat on the back gets old real quick. Not to mention the low job security with employees being let go with no notice or prior warnings.
- Gaslighting and Empty Promises: There is no open line of communication to share your concerns without getting gaslit. If you bring up any of the above concerns, you will earn yourself a label and a reputation in the company as a complainer. Ownership is not open to feedback and empty promises of more support or additional compensation are always given. There is a pattern of overpromising and under delivering and employees are expected to pick up the pieces.
I guess you can call this review… Karma.

 | I’ve noticed a ton of people in the discord and streams that have 1-3 rows of golden keys. I then realized I haven’t pulled one this wipe. I don’t get it. Is there some secret I’m missing? I know some purchase as a way to shelf gold, but I see a ton looted as well. I’ve killed HR hell bosses 50+ times this wipe and SK Champs an ungodly amount. I run a luck pot every HR dungeon. I’ve pulled 12 mystical Gems (2% drop), I’ve gotten a skull key (0.2%-5% drop), around 9 cursed crowns (5%drop), 6+ captured mana flakes (2% drop) and other rare drops this wipe. NOT ONE GOLDEN KEY!!! I feel cursed. Is this just bad luck on rng or is there a method I’m missing? I’m demigod every wipe. As I mentioned in the title, I have 2 PDAs with the mission marker that does not disappear because it shows the indicator that they belong to a mission, taking up space forever in the inventory; one is Bubb's PDA and the other is Bandit's PDA.
Also, I am further along in the story and the map than the Lesser Zone, and I have completed all the missions in the Lesser Zone and explored every corner, so it doesn't make much sense. I don't know if it's a bug or if someone knows which mission it corresponds to; one was about someone who ventured into an anomaly to collect an artifact because he owed money to the Shah, and the other was from the bandit leader of the warehouse in the Lesser Zone. As far as I know, I have already completed both missions that could be related.

Binx knows we would hear everything she said about the reveal + lawsuit + Sam. Lilly even mentioned the subreddit. It means production is just actually fine with paying OF girls to make fake drama and bow out and this was all a business/networking transaction between MDE and Binx and it ruins the shows entire purpose.
