45f, former smoker, medicated for type 2 diabetes, hypothyroidism, hypertension, adhd.
Six weeks ago I started feeling generally unwell; it began as a migraine, followed a couple days later by cold symptoms. After about a week I was mostly better except due a very nasty cough. Went to Urgent Care; they said it was viral and prescribed codeine cough syrup.
48 hours later, cough is so bad I am gagging and throwing up, and my breathing is difficult. I utilize Teladoc and receive azithromycin and Albuterol. I improve slightly; the cough is still there and I’m still gagging, but feeling better.
Two weeks later, I use Teladoc again as the cough isn’t improving. They prescribe tessalon perles.
During the next week, my symptoms worsen. I develop shortness of breath in addition to the cough, and feel generally unwell. Back to Urgent Care where I’m given prednisone, Doxycycline, and more codeine cough syrup. I receive a diagnosis of pneumonia despite a clear Xray, based on symptoms as well as lung sound.
Start to feel markedly better after 2-3 days, but then in Day 4 I began to feel much worse. Yesterday was Day 6 and I call the office’s nurse triage line and explain how I’m feeling worse. I describe symptoms and timeline, including how I am struggling to take deep breaths. Nurse calls back in two hours with instructions from doctor to take vitamin C and mucinex in addition to finishing up my antibiotic, and to come in for a week for another Xray.
I continue to feel worse all day. At evening I take out my pulse ox reader I purchased during Covid. That number is hovering around 92-94.
My cough is wet but not very productive; when I do cough up mucus, I’d describe it as glue-like. I also have a very foul taste in my mouth/when I cough, and heart rate is high.
Everything in me is screaming that this antibiotic isn’t working and I need a different one, but I don’t want to be the jerk that demands medication from the doctor at the detriment to society. But I’m miserable and sleep deprived and starting to get scared.
No fever since the initial cold. The albuterol, cough syrup, and Tessalon perles all seem to have stopped working. Any advice for next steps is greatly appreciated.

Anyone else having issues with them? By this Friday it'll be 5 weeks since I placed my order. My ring is now not making it in time for my proposal as I was quoted 8-10 days and instead it took a month and still not shipped out. I paid for expedited shipping to make sure it would come on time for the proposal but due to their delay it's not happening. 5 days of asking them since it's done if they can please ship it out and no response. My proposal is going to be delayed even though I communicated since the beginning of it asking was going to make it in time for the date I told them because of the proposal even last week I reminded them. Extremely disappointed. I didn't want to post on here but after asking on Etsy and being ghosted through email I don't know what to do anymore.

I sprayed it and within like an hour I barely smelled anything and in 2 it’s been gone for the rest of the day. Is this a me / body chemistry type thing? Have others noticed this about the OUAT one?

Not anything crazy here, just found it mildly interesting. Accidentally started an overnight print, 2 halves of a boat on 2 separate printers running PLA Pro. Forgot one of them was set up with a PETG profile. Interesting what the finished product looks like after printing at 220 a/ 100% fans vs 260C w/ variable fan curves. A little loss in quality on the finer details, but dang, the layer lines almost disappeared.
