2024.11.26 11:40 Salamanderies Potentially moving in the direction of my first relationship, need advice on this thing

Basically I met a girl recently through a friend of a friend while at this holiday themed party. We sorta hit it off but I got too drunk and she ended up sticking around me throughout my drunkness until I ended up in the bathroom and then she took off later.
We didn't talk after that but we did add each other on socials.
Come back to later, a buncha friends go out and she's coming. All the friends sorta know I'm kinda into her and we end up talking that night and I ask if she wants to make plans sometime. I hit her up the next night and boom we're talking. We make plans and go out. The date goes really well I think and a lot happened. Anyways, we met up again the next day because all the friends went out again and we ended up hanging out afterwards. That goes well too.
So basically what I'm getting at is that we kind of are still learning one another but it kinda feels pretty passionate. I'm fearful of jumping in too fast, especially as my first relationship, but I feel a pull towards her and I believe she actually likes me for me. She mentioned she has dealt with people who couldn't be their authentic selves and she's afraid of that again. People would pretend to be somebody their not then when they couldn't pretend their true selves would come out.
I'm really scared of being tricked or made a fool or something, and she has past trauma that I'm not entirely aware of either. We both have a hard time trusting, so I feel that is kind of drawing us to each other, but I'm extra fearful when things go too well for me or too smoothly. Like there's got to be a catch, you know what I mean? So I'm skeptical of leaning into it but also I don't want to ruin it because of my skepticism.
Does anybody have any advice on how I can approach this situation with this person? I just fear commiting myself purely based on short term passion and attention high rather than true connection and partnership. So really any advice on how to avoid, find clarity, or better approach the blindness that's caused by initial intimacy and passion would be greatly appreciated!

I’ve been told I’m not putting in enough of a commitment to the job as I pick up my children two days a week from their after school program that ends at 6, so hard stop at 5. No one else is working much later, but I believe it’s the appearance of me running out the door when everyone else is more casual upon exit. I feel like I see my children so little I don’t want to find a sitter to do those pick ups. Is this normal industry standard or am I being mother shamed?
One of those nights is Monday and I was told Monday is the day everyone works until 8 pm in the office and I cannot switch to a different day.
I’ve asked for a targeted number of hours each week so I can consistently show I hit it, as I feel like logging back on at night is a black hole and I end up working around the clock. It doesn’t matter if I work more or less hours, it’s just the appearance of me exiting at 5 those 2 days a week…

Nach Mehreren versuchen nach der Prämie zu fragen, bekomme ich nun die Rückmeldung, dass er bereit ist mir nur 250€ zu schicken, da es ihm aktuell finanziell schlecht geht.
