I 20f and boyfriend 24m have been together for nearly a year. My boyfriend’s brother is staying in Canada and my boyfriend wants to go over to Canada early next year to visit him and go snowboarding. My boyfriend has said that he wants to go for about 3 weeks. There has been some talk about me coming with him but at the moment because of my uni and the time that he wants to go it just doesn’t really line up.
I am feeling quite devastated about not being able to go with him and missing out on some amazing experiences. I know I have an anxious attachment style and it pisses me off to no end that I can’t think about things securely. I also am struggling a little bit with thinking he will sneakily watch porn when he goes over if I’m not there. At the start of our relationship I made it very clear that I wasn’t okay with porn in the relationship and he then promised he wouldn’t watch it but he broke his promise twice.
I was also In a relationship back when I was in high school and my boyfriend at the time left on holiday for 3 weeks, came back and immediately broke up with me. I know this is feeding into why I am feeling so sad about this and I have spoken to my boyfriend about it but I just hate it.
I want to ask him to go for about a week or even just going at a different time so we could both go together, but I know he probably won’t be too happy if I do and I know I’ll feel terrible after.
This whole topic was spoken about at dinner and it made me feel so sick to my stomach and anxious. I did distance myself from him tonight and he definitely noticed. I feel bad but I also want him to see me sad at the thought of him leaving me for 3 weeks and not go for as long which I know is totally stupid and fucked up.
I know in the grand scheme of things 3 weeks would pass by in the blink of an eye, but I know I would also struggle deeply not being able to see him, it’s almost like I am grieving right now that I can’t be with him in the future for the 3 weeks.
It’s not even booked in yet as he doesn’t know if he will actually 100% be able to go for 3 weeks due to his work unpredictability but I’m struggling pretty bad with the thoughts of it and it’s pissing me off with how clingy I am.
I will just say that since the start of our relationship my anxious attachment has become quite intense but I have been working on it and taking steps to keep it actively under control but for some reason this situation is making me want to lose my mind.
Any advice would be welcome.

Hello all!
I've recently gotten an E39 540i Touring Auto from the Netherlands and drove it all the way back to my home in Italy and wanted to give a sort of trip report discussing the fuel consumpion and economics behind it.
The trip itself started around Amsterdam ( where I picked up the car ) for a total of 3 days.
Day 1: 341km, Day 2: 589km and Day 3: 477km for a total of 1407km
I did a total of 5 fuel stops and I spent: 287.88€ on fuel with an average price of 1.715 €/lt this means that in total I used 168 lt of fuel.
Giving out an average of 8.38 km/lt or 11.93lt/100km
As for the driving style I wasn't into "fuel saving mode" but I avoided hard accelerations where I could and most importantly I drove at the speed limit until Italy. Most of the trip was on highways where I used Cruise Control, inner city driving ( Rotterdam, Strasbourg, Innsbruck etc ) and some mountain passes once I got to Italy. It's importanto to mention that in Italy I opened up the valves, mashed the throttle at every single tunnel and generally raised up the total fuel consumption by quite a bit.

2024.11.26 11:25 CourtAdventurous4059 Ftm. Should i pump after a feed if breasts dont feel empty
So im a FTM. Still figuring everything out. My baby is 6 weeks 5 days . Lately she has been very sleepy while breastfeeding. She drinks from one breast ( most feeds) and then half way through dozes off. I try to keep her awake but nothing works and finally i end up putting her in her crib. I do feel like she would have drunk enough but still worried if she didnt as my breasts dont feel soft or emptied. An LC diagnosed her with fourth grade lip tie which could be the reason for not emptying. I do wanna pump to remove any extra milk but afraid of creating an oversupply. Should i still do it ?
Another thing to mention is lately she has been staying up all night and sleeping only by 5 or 5:30 🙄, when she used to sleep atleast by 1 and only wake up four or five hours later . This has been really tough on me. I read that this could be due to the baby not receiving enough feeds during the day. So i have been doing that as much as possible but no luck But now i wonder if it could be the quantity of feeds cuz shes sleeping off while feeding
Any advice would be appreciated

I'm looking into upgrading the wifi network in a 400 year old manor house. The place is huge and has 12 bedrooms with three reception rooms, three kitchens and various other small rooms.
I'm thinking of going with a mesh system but I am not an expert on networks. The building has fiber to the current BT router. Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

My son is enrolled in a small private community school, and they only offer 7 AP Classes total for high school students.
How can he take more AP classes and more rigorous courses?
Are Apex courses looked at favorably on the college application?
Or is moving to a larger public school the only option?
It's his absolute dream to attend MIT, but he will be applying to several safe schools too! Would appreciate any advice please. Thank you!

Hey! I was overweight all my life until around 21 then I made a change and lost a load. Probably to much and probaly to quick. Since then (10 years ago) I have been underweight and skinny fat and until recently have been long distance running and under consuming calories. I want to build some muscle now and have been researching to where I know I need to gradually increase calories whislt weight training. My concern is I have also read that this may be an issue due to stored fat cells from way back when and if I gain weight this will "activate" them if you will and I will potentially start regaining fat rather than muscle. Does anyone have any similar stories/theories or advice as I dont know what is best!

Hi, ik zoek advies over het volgende: Ik heb op 6 november dit jaar een tweedehands auto gekocht, Mini Cooper 2005 automaat. Deze is in 2012 geïmporteerd naar Nederland. De auto is op 3 oktober dit jaar apk gekeurd, volgens hun zonder problemen (keuringsrapport ontbreekt echter). Afgelopen vrijdag (22/11) heb ik de ANWB er al bij gehad, wegens een enorm blazende motor en de conclusie dat de koelvloeistof ineens compleet op was. De ANWB kon hier op dat moment verder niets mee, behalve de koelvloeistof bijvulllen, maar raadde aan om naar de garage te gaan. Toevallig had ik gisteren (25/11) een afspraak staan bij een kwik-fit voor een grote beurt, zodat de auto goed nagekeken kon worden, dus heb ik dit genoemd. Uit deze afspraak is het volgende gekomen:
- Wiel rechtsachter zit vast door defecte handremkabel
- luchtfilter en bougies moeten waarschijnlijk vervangen worden, gezien het vervangingstermijn onbekend is
- luchtfilterbox is stuk (moet via dealer)
- banden (achter) zijn 7 jaar oud (profiel voor nu nog oké)
- remschijven en -blokken achter verbrand
- koelvloeistof lekt, onbekend vanaf waar (moet via dealer)
Ik ben bang dat dit niet het enige probleem is, gezien ik in de autopapieren een tellerrapport vond van de RWD van 2019, waarin staat dat de teller mogelijk is teruggedraaid.
Wat kan ik het beste doen? Waar heb ik recht op? Of juist niet?
