I do like 1 interval erg a week plus some interval training on water and bursts but I just can’t rate high on ergos. The recovery feels so fast on the erg above rate 32 and feels like I can’t breathe. Is this a case of “push harder”?
2k rate was like 28 I also have trouble winding.

 | Hi everyone! This is for those that took orders from me for the Sanrio store! With the exception of two orders (who gave me specific instructions to hold back their orders to ship with future pick ups), all orders were sent out via USPS and UPS today. All of you should be receiving them in the next week or so! Next, another update. I've been getting a lot of requests for LA Hello Kitty, Gudetama, and Pochacco. I understand why a lot people want them, I have my own and they're great! It's just I can only get two at a time per visit, and I don't want to visit too often since I don't know how well it's enforced, and I don't want to get in trouble. (I mean, in total I've bought 3 Gudetamas and LA Kitties, one of each for me,and 2 for other people, but it was spaced out.) In fact, I'm already full on requests for Gudetama from my ORIGINAL set of orders. In addition, even if there was no limit, the whole experience is tiring. I'm disabled/neurodivergent, so socializing, walking around, and carrying things can be quite taxing. In addition, parking at the mall can be high too. I remember one time where I had to pay $32! So, to avoid scrutiny or increased finder's fees, I only go every so often. Anyway, this isn't to discourage people from asking, I absolutely do want to help people out, it's just if you want those specific plushes, they may take longer for me to get. Thank you all for your patience and understanding, and I will announce when the next pick up will occur! Thanks again! Oh and for those low on cash, I've decided to add my ISOs on here too, to trade for Sanrio merch of equal value, so it's all fair. Pentru ca e un rol jucat constient. Nu e nici prost nici nebun, doar vrea sa fie lider de prosti si nebuni.
Discursul lui este un comportament indelung exersat, nu doar o colectie de tampenii, mituri si conspiratii culese si propagate. Spune prostilor ce vor sa auda, cu o voce clara si o impresie de autoritate, pentru a deveni liderul lor asa cum preotul / predicatorul e un lider al slujbei religioase si, intr-un sens mai larg, lider al comunitatii (alaturi de primar, medic si politist).
Dupa ce a repetat un numar de ani diverse prostii deja e irelevant si neclar pana si pentru el ce crede si ce e doar dogma (a prostiei). E un modus operandi, un comportament sociopat.

I'm 110% confident she likes me, and we were both invited to a party. The funny thing is, she would try to flirt with guys in front of me (even with ones she obviously doesn't like), and would talk about hot guys she met. I even tried to engage with her one time, but she almost intentionally ignored me. Other times though, it was really indicative that she liked me a lot, but she tried really hard to not directly reveal it. When we talk, she will bring up other guys in her life regularly and let me know how good they are doing in their career etc.
Why do girls do this? She is perfect in my book, except for this personality that she has. As a result, I'm really having doubts about pursuing her.

 | Forgive me if I'm asking stupid question but I bought a JR1652 soundboard from AliExpress. To make it play audio when powered via USB, you normally have to press the included button. I managed to bypass this by shorting the button’s circuit so that it will play sound the moment it receive power. Now, I’d like to add the switch provided so I can control the short, allowing me to “unshort” the circuit when needed. Is this possible, and if so, how can I do it? I'm completely new to this electronic stuff, the closest I can see is getting a NC switch I believe or something like SPDT relay?
