I know its strain dependant but I don’t go over 1.6-1.8 - I’ve seen a lot of ppl going 2.0 and more- will this increase my yield? Or just use more nutes? And am I the only one that drops cal mag after veg as I go into flower? Trying to understand how ppl are running EC’s of 2+ ?

My girlfriend has decided to start therapy to tackle PTSD from childhood trauma. It affects her to the point where unknown triggers will cause her to lose the ability to speak for months at a time, currently she has not spoken for 7 months. We have been learning ASL to be able to communicate better without relying on her writing everything down. Her current therapist doesn’t seem to want to deal with her and is canceling all of her appointments on a moments notice or even 5 minutes into a session. Does anyone know of virtual therapy resources designed to accommodate those who cannot speak?

I’m (19f) feels so lost right now and I dont know what to do. I did agree and know what I was doing but no amount of mental preparation would prepare me that the aftermath would be this hard. I’ve never done anything like this before and I am just so desperate to leave my uncle’s house where I feel scared most of the time.
I’m a working student but could only work 4-6 hrs after school, and despite saving up for over a year now I couldn’t save up enough money to move to a shared apartment with several people.
My uncle would often touch me in places that he shouldn’t whenever he’s drunk and my aunt isn’t around. I am so desperate to move out that I did sex work the other day and I’ve never felt this hopeless before. I feel disgusted of myself and like Im the filthiest person alive. I just want to get out of this hellhole but I never thought that I’d be putting myself in this position where I would hate myself even more.
Knowing that I’d have to do it again just scares me. I’m just a little halfway to complete what I need to pay for the shared apartment. But every minute I stay in this house, I feel unsafe. The thought that I’d have to do sex work again just makes me want to kill myself.
