Grüß euch! Ich bin letztens mit dem Nachtzug aus Wien losgefahren und der hatte 70+ Minuten Verspätung. Ab 60 Minuten gibt es ja 25 % Refundierung, die habe ich auch am 19. November beantragt. Bis jetzt habe ich immer noch keine Antwort bekommen. Ist das normal dass das so lange dauert beim ÖBB oder sollte ich mich noch mal bei denen melden?
