Grüß euch! Ich bin letztens mit dem Nachtzug aus Wien losgefahren und der hatte 70+ Minuten Verspätung. Ab 60 Minuten gibt es ja 25 % Refundierung, die habe ich auch am 19. November beantragt. I'm making a game akin to CRPGs(BG3, Pathfinder, Disco, Planescape, etc). I simply love having dialogue options that are thorough and detailed. More importantly, I simply love having plenty of options to do whatever I want. The thing is, I'm just a dude attempting to create something I love. Here's the scenario in my game that led me to make this post and the options you have. For context, the dialogue options throughout the game are based on the 12 alignments I have. Your alignment is extremely important as it's a reflection of your actions. In this scenario from top to bottom using DnD terms it's essentially

  1. Lawful Neutral
  2. Neutral Good
  3. Neutral Evil
  4. Chaotic Good
  5. Chaotic Evil(Psychopath)
Scenario - You come across a young woman in the street next to a cart. She's exhausted and unable to move the cart as it's too heavy for her. You've advanced dialogue enough to where she tells you what's in the cart and reveals it's the corpse of her dead father. Furthermore, she's the one who ended his life. He was beating her mother and she couldn't take it anymore.
"I stabbed him over, and over, and over again. Even when the bastard was pleading "LEANNE, STOP IT, I LOVE YOU" I DIDN'T STOP STABBING THE BASTARD UNTIL HE WAS RIDDLED WITH HOLES!"
  1. "I'm sorry you went through that. But I have to call the guards. Even if your father did what he did, you had no right to murder him. It would be best if you had let the law handle the situation. GUARDS!"
  2. "What you did was wrong, but you were in a terrible situation. Your father drove you to do a horrific deed. I'll help rid you of the body, you don't deserve to suffer this alone."
  3. "Nice sob story lady, now look. I can call the guards, or you can compensate me for helping you with your little problem. Every coin you own- mine."
  4. "Good riddance, you should've killed the bastard sooner. I'll help you get rid of the body, you did nothing wrong."
  5. "All this talk about stabbing and murdering has GOTTEN! ME! IN! THE MOOD! The bloodbath must've been marvelous. Surely your mother was a whore no? I doubt your father would've strangled her for no reason. As such, for denying that man his moment of ecstasy. I condemn you to a BLOODY, MARVELOUS, end!"
I'm trying to limit the options to no more than six unless it's a very specific situation. If you're curious I'm tracking Lawful, Neutral, Chaotic, Good and Evil. Even though your alignment has a classification you are an accumulation of everything you do and are judged based on that, not the particular label.
So my question stands. Is this too much for what I'm trying to do?

Been playing CoD since single player CoD 3 back in 2007. When I started playing online, I used to keep voice chat on. However, I started getting bored from voice chat and started turning it off since CoD MW 2019. Ever since, I started to feel like the game is more chill from my prospective and less annoying.
