Ive been working at an MSP for a while now and I'm looking at things that I can do to improve my overall skill set. I do all of our intune setups for our current clients (mostly with windows devices) and also have some experience with Google Admin Console, Jamf, and Apple Business essentials. I would say im an "Endpoint Manager" more than anything else currently.
My boss doesn't really seem to encourage me to grow nor mentor me, so I'm turning to you guys for help!

God forbid he’s trying to have a little bit of peace when he’s living in a high conflict house or trying to get his catechism down before the next meeting without having his wife interrupt. Weird how these were not at all considerations.
It’s not like he could have lodge two nights a month, a catechism coach meeting once a week, rehearsal for floor work twice a month(alternating weeks with lodge), then a social outing once a week, leaving roughly 6 -10 weeknights not engaged in something Masonic a month where he could be attempting to nail down things. Oh wait, that’s entirely normal in mouth to ear jurisdictions.
Your code regulates to the minimum, with the idea that you as a Freemason can be the judge of what is or is not supposed to be held in confidence. Your code explicitly does not regulate those in other jurisdictions, and as such it is improper to communicate what your code does and does not prohibit to those with little to no standing point to understand as this will only cause confusion and deepen disharmony.

I (28f) Met this guy (32m) online and we went on an activity date then grabbed a late night snack and ended up on the terrace of my apartment. He didn’t come in or anything but we talked for like 5 hrs and I think that’s such a long time for a first date. He was cute, generous and flirty and at the end of this night we had two really quick kisses.
It felt good and the next day he asked to see me again on Saturday for a second date which we did. Second date we went for a nature walk and came back to my place, talked we shared some things with each other went out for dinner ended up back in my place watched some tv and talked then he left after giving me a quick kiss. We spent 10 hrs together just on second date. I felt good.
Here’s the thing though…the first date kept teasing me in a flirtatious way and touching my arm and so did I. In the second date most of that went away. We sat straight on the couch while talking and didn’t hug until the very beginning of the date and the kiss at the end.
He asked me the next day if I was shy or comfortable with the kiss cause he couldn’t tell. I responded saying no I wasn’t and that physical touch takes me a second. I’m confused…. He didn’t seem like he wanted to be very physically close to me the entire day so the kiss kind of threw me off. We get along really well and are to similar. But throughout the week his texts are soo sparse we can barely hold up a conversation.
I can’t tell if he likes me or is just spending his Saturdays with me cause he’s got nothing else going on. He planned our next date already though which again is throwing me off. Maybe he’s shy? Should I make the move. I know he’s not just interested in the physical intimacy though because from the questions he asks me he seems like truly trying to get to know me which I really like.
Also just a disclaimer I’m getting back into dating after a 8 yr relationship so lot of this is new to me.
