I am a 27yr old male, I’ve never had a girlfriend or any significant romantic relationship. I decided to put myself out there to get out of my comfort zone and to meet someone I could connect with. I met a girl through a dating app and we seemed very compatible. We went on some dates and spoke on most days for a few months. Things were going well for a while but today she told me she had no romantic interest in me.
In all honesty it wasn’t a surprise to me. About two months in we spoke briefly about exclusivity, but she said she wasn’t ready for a relationship. She became distant afterwards, taking days to respond, not returning calls and avoiding any chance to hang out. She would usually come back and offer some kind of explanation/ apology. You should always focus on someone’s actions and not their words, some wise words I heard not so long ago. I completely ignored my gut feeling that she wasn’t interested. I thought i was giving her the benefit of the doubt but I was just protecting myself from disappointment. I consider myself to be a realistic person but I was very naive and I made a lot of rookie mistakes lol. It’s a harsh lesson but a lesson learned nonetheless.
I’m disappointed but I feel free in someway. I’ve learnt a lot from this situation. I’ll endeavor not to harbor any ill feelings towards her, in principle no one is entitled to the affection of another person. I won’t change who I am either, I know someone out there will like me as I am. Onwards and upwards!

Does anyone have experience with this? My state Medicaid will not renew after February, and I'm not sure what my coverage will look like. The small contractor I work for doesn't offer health insurance, so I'll probably just buy one on the ACA market, I guess. My brother lives in San Diego, though, and I might run to TJ if that's a thing worth doing. Any thoughts on either subject - health insurance for an insulin dependant T1 and/or buying insulin in Mexico - are appreciated.

Talking about the characters itself being your favorite, not their kit/gameplay.
Mine would be Xiao/Kazuha/Kinich/Albedo and it would not work at all. Or well, not in the long run, at least. There's no one to keep Xiao alive so he's just eating his own HP until he perishes. Xiao, along with Kinich, do nice damage even without supports, but that's all about it. Albedo offers some minimal sustain and Kazuha is there to group enemies. They all just mind their own business basically and I probably can't keep this team alive for long lmao.

I'm planning out my workshop in the basement, and it's a lot of fun as at 38 years old, I've never owned a home before. I deeply love 70s Sci-Fi and the colorful aesthetic many of the films and book covers used. I'm tempted to make my desk chair look like a chair on the bridge of a ship (Mantis from Star Wars Jedi Survivor, Rocinante from The Expanse).
