I've been trying to lower my caffeine intake after chugging energy drinks all throughout college and a 3rd shift job. I'm down to 60mg/day exclusively through green tea (any lower and I get terrible headaches), but I suspect that this is way below average.

I met with my old school mate through social media. we became close friend. she introduce to me her ex like he was her one sided lover and i believed her. but after a year her ex msg me and threatened me. I came to know about her lies when i talked with my friend (other classmate) she did the same thing with him. then she suddenly blocked me and portray me as i was her one sided lover in front of her ex. I was so naive that i think she is innocent but she was lying very start of our friendship. After all this i felt so humiliated like i have no self respect. this was first time in my life when any of my close friend betray me like this that was so heartbreaking for me that also affect my study.
After all this i realise never trust any one anymore and stay away from unnecessary affection

Yall I am sorry I tried. These men are genuinely weird😭.
This is the time period I’m supposed to be dating around and seeing what I like and don’t like but it’s just not it.
I been dating this one guy, lives in another city cool whatever he’s in and out. Things were cool at first over face time and we’re not exclusive which is perfectly fine because I’m also dating other people.
The last few times I’ve spoken to him or called, I find that he’s always bringing up another girl like last night we talked, and he’s sad or whatever, I ask him why and he’s telling me about how things didn’t work with this other girl, and then the time before that he was basically asking me to give him advice on another girl he’s dating like ? If I’m trying to get to know someone I won’t be doing all that.
