La juventud es un huracán de emociones y experiencias. Los jóvenes empezan a centrarse en sus identidad y metas, y siguen aprendiendo sobre sí mismos y los demás en la procesa. Muchos andan sintiendo malentendidos, pero acaban teniendo la confianza cuando navegan los retos. Hey, I have the following questions please:
- Regarding TPSPs, especially in the context of SaaS providers, is it correct to think that if the SaaS system is brought into PCI scope due to being security-impacting, we require the TPSP to demonstrate compliance with all applicable PCI requirements (e.g., access control, vuln scanning, logging, etc.) for their environment, just like we would need to ensure compliance if it were an internally hosted (on-prem) in-scope system?
- If yes, we do this by obtaining a SAQ-D from the vendor (if available) OR by requesting evidence of compliance for each of those requirements, correct?
- If yes, for the latter, how rigorous does our assessment need to be in the absence of a SAQ-D?
- I ask this as I have seen some QSAs say that we don't need to assess and obtain evidence of all applicable requirements as it would be a huge effort. I don't quite understand what this means, could someone shed some light?
- If yes, we do this by obtaining a SAQ-D from the vendor (if available) OR by requesting evidence of compliance for each of those requirements, correct?
- We use Okta (SaaS) for access management (SSO, MFA, etc.) within our organisation, and they fall into our PCI scope as a security-impacting service. When reviewing their Responsibility Matrix, I noticed that requirements such as 2 and 5 are listed solely as the Customer's responsibility. Isn't this incorrect? They should still be required to implement hardening, configuration management, anti-malware, and other relevant controls within their own environment hosting the SaaS solution.

How could someone who raised a child for 5 years knowing there’s another man out there who is possibly the father of that child and has dates,messages and has intercourse with the mother in the same small time frame of conception..just go and up and block the person just for wanting to know and willing to financially cover ascertaining the results of a dna test. I’m not looking to impose in the life of the child or the father regardless of the results. And I made this clear as all possible. I think the guy who raised him and is raising him is amazing as a father and deserves to keep on trucking just how things are. . I just want my mind to stop wondering if the uncertainty for the remainder of my days..

I am a professional tutor and curious on what other tutors are doing in terms of automation to save time? E.g. what booking software do you use? What payment collection system do you use? What is the easiest and most efficient way to issue invoices? How do manage manage the problem of having to monitor payments coming from multiple clients into one bank somewhat randomly? These are issues I am interested in finding automated solutions for but I lack the time ironically to test and try out all the options, so I am curious what other tutors have tested and tried out.
