2024.11.26 13:20 FaceElectronic768 tapering off 50mg questions/concerns
i went from 25mg for two weeks to 50mg for two weeks. at 50mg i had horrible brain fog and depression/numbed mood. today is my first day not taking my morning dose and just going to 25mg (as my psychiatrist recommended) i’m a bit nervous, anything to expect? thank you 🙂

2024.11.26 13:20 _Ross- Dull, aching pain in left testicle for several days.
Left testicle - Dull ache, scrotum hanging lower than normal, hx. of hematuria
History:
Age: 31
Sex: Male
Race: Caucasian
Prior history: Hematuria earlier this year, diagnosis was E. Coli. Was prescribed 2 different medications (I believe macrobid was the one that finally fixed it)
Other history: Addison's Disease Primary.
Medications: Hydrocortisone and Fludrocortisone
NKDA
Upcoming CT for Abdomen/Pelvis (I believe), as well as a cystoscopy, both in early January.
Complaint:
I have been having dull aching specifically on the left side of my scrotum, with extra sensitivity to my left testicle. It seems like my scrotum hangs lower than normal, and today even when fully flaccid, my penis feels as though it is very slightly more stuff than it normally is when flaccid, but not so extreme that I would suspect a priapism. I *may* see slightly enlarged / engorged vasculature on the left lateral / posterior side of my scrotum. It seems to feel a bit more noticeable when walking/laying down, and less noticeable when sitting. It isn't a sharp pain, but more of a dull ache.
No pain with urination, no discoloration of my genitals, no lumps that I can feel, no hematuria, no frequent urination.
Is this something that I can likely safely wait to have investigated by my Urologist in early January? Or am I at a significant risk of something that I should be seen much more quickly?

Played all these as a kid up until 14. Loved it.
Now I can’t pass for shit I’m getting interceptions on ever curl route. I can’t throw deep balls for shit. My RPO is inconsistent. Sometimes it gives it to the back even if I held x. I can’t just push forward on the hit stick and solve everything?
What do I absolutely need to know as a returning player? I can’t even stop old Dominion for running the ball all over me 😭

I'm a GM at a restaurant in downtown Portland. I'm looking to offer up our walls to artists as a gallery of sorts. It could be several artists with art for sale or maybe rotating 1 artist every couple of months. No catch, no fees, all sales go directly to the artist. Cons: Cerakote finish? Smaller slide release & decocker

Some posts indicate they are on the same frame now, but without seeing them in person I can’t confirm. I would end up changing sights and getting more mags, which seems to easily surpass the cost diff

I expect this to look like a average angst middle school girl rant that adults won't care about, because that's exactly what it is. But, I feel like this is beyond the "omg he made me mad because he won't let me go to sephora and spend $200 like all my other classmates :(". He genuinely concerns the fuck out of me. Let's cut to the chase
1) the guy is a fucking homophobe. All of my family is slightly like that, but he is the WORST out of all of them. This matters because I may be bi but locked up in a closet and hiding behind the label of a "strong progressive ally". I only told like 2 friends and a reddit group chat full of online friends I don't know irl. So if I told him about this, I maoght actually die. You know why? Because one day the family was having a normal conversation and LGBT popped up and he started to show his homophobic tendencies. For example: he said to me "u/thisuseristakenbreh you know what the gays get?!" And mimicked a fucking gunshot sound. Unc, what in the skibidi fucking fortnite is wrong with you!?
2) he talks about sending me to India and getting me into a shitty arranged marriage. I know its just a joke but it creeps the shit out of me! Also, when I'm cooking and I mess something up, he says stuff like "omg your future husband will be disappointed, imagine how unfortunate he'd be" UHM. UNC? look, I don't know why, but it's giving serious Drake vibes. Like I'm not even 18 yet unc, why tf you talking about that!? It's just a minor pet peeve that gets to me
3) he screams at me for the smallest fucking things. I drank water wrong and he screamed at me that it looked like I was from the ghetto. Unc... relax, it's just water. It's not that deep. And he always comes into wherever I am and starts yapping at me. For no reason. He also slapped me because one day me, him and another family member were getting pizza and I ate all the garlic knots and still wanted pizza. Like yeah I admit I was being a big back bitch but why slap me over that!?
4) he stresses me tf out. At this point, the house ain't a house, it's a homey-looking concentration camp. Hell, my fucking mom has to watch her words around him and she's a grown ass adult in her 50s. He's got the whole family in a chokehold. My mom says he's being soft at me because he was worse for her... I'm sorry, but how!?
