I have bad anxiety not the fun kind and when I smoke I feel better kinda what I define as feeling “normal” not high. Fast forward today I got the random thought that “what if weed changes my personality and how much could it change it potentially”. When I didn’t use weed sometimes I got and get hella irritable as a result of being in my head all the time. That’s almost non existent with weed and it was a factor long before I started smoking weed. I may have overthought it but is my personality on weed authentic?

Considering the recent popularity of the Upper-Lower split, would an U-L-U-L-U-L-R schedule lead to greater hypertrophy compared to a P-P-L-P-P-L-R routine, assuming you limit volume to three sets per muscle within a group in U-L to balance fatigue (and that all other variables stay the same)?

I just earned my first Companion Pass for 2025. My mom is likely retiring next year, and I would like to take her on a surprise trip to celebrate (as in, she knows we are going somewhere, but won't know where until we get to the airport) (and I posted a similar question about this in the past, and some advised me against doing this. My mind is made up. My mom will like this. Please don't try to talk me out of it. Thank you).
If I add her as my companion, I see there is a field for email address and phone number. When I add her to my flight, will she get an email or text or some other notification alerting her of our plans and reunion the surprise? If so, could I just use a throwaway email address when adding her as my companion (like my work email)?
