Hi everyone,
Just to set the context currently I’m working in gurgaon with ctc of 4LPA with 2 years of experience and my increment cycle is near so that will make my ctc 4.6 LPA and i have also been offered to go to client site and HR told me that we’ll revise your CTC to 6.5LPA. Now i will be having negotiation discussions with my manager and i will ask for 10LPA and might accept an 9LPA offer. I have a bond of three years with this company from which 1 is remaining.
Also the current guy whom I’m replacing has a package of 11LPA.
What are your thoughts on all this.

I'm trying to diagnose a generator that has no output. I've checked and cleaned the brushes and rings, and confirmed the rotor has about 40 ohms resistance between the rings and no short to the shaft. With AVR disconnected I'm getting 60 VAC on the brush connections. One set of windings has about 2 VAC, the other has nothing. I also tried flashing the field using a hand drill and the AVR connected but no change. I'm thinking next step is to pull rotor to inspect, or may try applying 12V DC to the brushes to see if I get anything from the windings. Any advice is appreciated. It's a Champion 3500 Watt generator.

Livwell Mac N Jack I’ve tried the strain before and thought I would give it a shot with Livwell since it was on sale with only a few left. Not a fan .. pretty disappointed but I wasnt expecting much but damn i’ve bought other weed on sale that was solid, I guess i’ll taken the L with Livwell for now. It just doesnt smoke good at least for me. Mixed it in with some grounded weed and other flower and it smoked way better. Thinking about baking some edibles with it or If anyone interested you can take it off my hands for less than what I paid for it just hmu. Purchased at curaleaf queens ny 11/22/24.

Hi there. I’ve had 2 separate hernia repairs, one in 2021 which was an open surgery and felt like it took forever to heal and one in 2022 which was a robotic repair and I seemed to have much less issues with.
Both hernias were seemingly the result of lifting weights, though I have never been one to lift extremely heavy.
Since both hernias, I have continued to lift weights but have been ultra cautious. I take time to warm up, avoid certain lifts that have been known to be hard on the pelvic area (I.e deadlifts), and avoided ultra heavy lifts.
I have been consistently working out since the winter of 2023 (after recovering from my 2022 surgery) with no problems, and even made the mistake of telling my fiancé how thankful I was the other day to be back to “normal”.
I’m worried I jinxed myself, as suddenly a dull pressure formed near the site of my original, open 2021 surgery site. Not much pain, although there is a pulling sensation(especially with certain movements) and twinges of pain here or there. Once after workout within the last week I noticed the smallest amount of swelling. Primarily the sensation is a dull pressure that doesn’t seem to get better no matter what I do. It’s been about a week.
Could this be another hernia? Or could I have damaged the original repair? Or am I just over reacting and I just aggravated the repair site?
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Really hoping to avoid a 3rd surgery in 4-5 years.

(I’m on mobile, sorry for any formatting issues) I have a Basset hound runt who is 11 years old and we’ve had him since he was 2 months old. He’s had a lot of medical issues since we got him, mainly his sensitive stomach as well as separation anxiety, but we haven’t had any issues like this before and we don’t know what to do about it. Lately he’s been drinking a lot more water than usual. To put it in perspective, we used to only have to refill his water once or twice a day, but now we’ve had to refill it 4 or 5 times per day. As a result of this he’s been having to go outside more often and since he’s home alone for most of the day he usually ends up peeing in the house (there’s 3 people living here right now and we’re usually working most days. We also have an in-law apartment with one tenant living there). We noticed that he would go downstairs in the middle of the night to drink water and in the morning would find pee on the floor so we started putting away his water bowl at night to try to limit accidents. We are hesitant to limit his water during the day because we don’t know if he’s actually thirsty or if he’s just drinking it because we put it down. We did take him to the vet to see if they could help, but all they did was a blood test and everything came back normal. We are considering crating him whenever he’s left home alone but he tends to howl when he’s left alone normally (we know this thanks to the tenant) so we aren’t sure if crating him will make him worse and we really don’t want our tenant to constantly hear him howling whenever we leave so we’re saving that as a last resort. Does anyone have any advice on what we should do next? Other than this, the anxiety and the sensitive stomach, he’s perfectly healthy and we don’t know whats causing this. Any advice is greatly appreciated :)
