Мож хоть в интернете "восстановим справедливость", если в реальности не очень получается? Ну и поддержать человека под бомбами - дело хорошее.

2024.11.26 14:27 King_Boomie-0419 Lift station issues
So while back I asked about changing a station over to float balls from a level transducer (4-20mA), and out of my hands it was changed over.
Now we have ran into the infamous "stop fault" and I know that usually, that means that the pump continues to run because it didn't stop but, in this particular case the pump will not run. BUT on scada it says that it IS running.
The pump will run in "hand" just fine without the alarm, it just won't run i "auto" and I'm trying to figure out how to remedy this situation...
if anyone has any solid information that could help that would be Awesome!
Please don't come here to call me a "cowboy" or whatever. I'm just trying to do my job as best as I can.

Buenas, les comento un poco.
Contexto Trabajo en IT, en la empresa donde trabajo en lugar de pagar las horas extra, se nos dan "Licencias compensatorias". 8 horas equivalen a 1 día de licencia, independientemente de cuando hayamos trabajado. Por ej: Día de semana, sabado pre y post 13hs, domingo/feriado equivale a sólo 1 hora
La situación Hablé con mi manager y quedamos en mandar un mail a RRHH para que durante el mes de noviembre sí se nos pague a todo el equipo. Cuando RRHH recibió el mail, le comentó a mi manager que acá en Argentina no se pagan las horas extra a menos que el trabajo tenga especificados días de guardias, y que de no ser el caso, es legal devolvernos los días como "Licencias compensatorias".
Mis dudas
- ¿Qué tan válido es devolver dichos días como "Licencias compensatorias"?
- ¿Es legal NO PAGAR las horas extras?
- Si es legal, ¿Bajo que contexto lo es?

2024.11.26 14:27 BeigeAndConfused What have bug fixes looked like since launch?
CONTEXT: I played BG3 at launch and loved it. I no-lifed it until Act 3 where I honestly got burnt out and took a hiatus thats lasted til now.
I wanted to see what the state of bugs look like now. My playthrough was pretty buggy, for example during the goblin raid on the Tiefling camp in act one lots of gobs would randomly start inside the wall. Fun!
I'm not expecting the game to be perfect I'm just curious.

Non riesco però bene a capire come mai venga interpretata come un fenomeno negativo, il tessuto connettivo nella carne permette (se cotto al punto giusto) di rendere la carne più umida e scioglievole, e il grasso, veicolando gli aromi la dovrebbe rendere un taglio magro come il petto maggiormente squisito.

So I already have a cat named Alex. Lil dude is my rock, he's been with me through the worst of times. There's not enough cat treats and cuddles in the world to thank him for what he's done for me.
Alex is getting old, at 13 he still he still runs around like he's young but lil guy is slowing down. I did have another cat but when I moved she stayed there and he came with me. The only time I've ever baby sat somebodies cat he was NOT a fan but it was only for a couple days.
I've been thinking about adopting a kitten, but am worried Alex will not take well to it. I don't wanna stress him out for no reason especially in his older years, but also think it would be good for him if he's able to befriend the a new kitty. Any opinions?

I recently started a new book which would have some courtroom drama but I'm not a lawyer and have absolute zero knowledge of the US legal system outside of Law & Order. It's easy to google stuff up when I already know what i'm looking for. But its hard to tell if the scene I'm imagining is even allowed in a court or even how a lawyer would argue that case to get the result I want. I don't have any lawyer friends to ask so I'm kinda fumbling in the dark here.
So basically, my question is like the title. How do writers figure out their scenes when its set in an area they don't know about eg Medicine, Law, Business, International Policy, etc
