This is an oral story passed down from my great-grandfather. He and his brother, around 10 or 11 years old at the time, were riding through the Maine snow in a horse-drawn sleigh in the late 1800s with my 3x great-grandfather. He was a veteran of Gettysburg who served in the 20th Maine and had lost a leg at the Battle of the Wilderness. At one point, the old man stopped the sleigh because he needed to relieve himself. Hobbling out with his wooden leg, he trudged behind a tree, leaned against it, and, while fumbling with his pants, the brothers heard him mutter, “Come on now, you were in there when we left!”

 | November started rough, got liquidated and lost about $4k in the first week. Things are turning around now towards the tail of the month. Goal is 40k for the month. Looking for new long entries. I don’t leverage trade any stocks or currency pairs. I find it advantageous to trade only one asset. Get use to getting rekt on one chart. I’ll maybe trade Ethereum 15% of the time. Definitely no other asset class. This way you become familiar with how that asset moves and you can trade it better. I know it’s bull time, so I’ve been longing btc, printing cash for weeks and weeks, easy money. I know how over extended it can get into greed, without corrections. But I also know the psychological games she likes to play. Everyone one screaming for 100k!! 100k is inevitable!! That means 99k then finally correct to 85k-92k. Do the opposite of the crowd. Take the good. Discard the bad. THE BAD: I never use SLs and I use extremely high leverage.(why I lost $4k in 4 days, at the beginning of the month) I don’t advise this unless you are very skilled/experienced and have the money to lose. Just achieved 3/5 goals I set for myself while in college. The last goal I achieved was becoming #1 in DL. I’m frustrated because after the initial euphoria, I’m just numb. Not anymore excited for class, no finishing assignments early, and no more elaborate notes. Got 4 professional classes with grades ranging 70-73 this prelims and I feel nothing except more dissatisfaction.
I’m currently compensating by spending more money hoping to find the one thing that could make me happy. I’m day drinking and going to school, staying up to watch Netflix, and doom scrolling shorts/tiktok/instagram.
A mid-life crisis at my age is too soon but it feels something like it and I’m still just numb.

My question is how can I compare these old desktop GPU requirements to modern low/mid tier laptop GPU's (i.e RTX 4050/4060 or RX 7600 S) to ensure they can handle the workload?
