I’m s new mom, my baby is 9 months old. I went to a lot during pregnancy and delivery My husband it’s great, supportive, loving, caring, a really good person and father, and I love him. When we married (3y ago) we had to live with my parents in law. So this kinda turn me off, I use to cry every day, i developed anxiety and depression (I had 2 miscarriages while living there) and in good days, we couldn’t have sex the way we wanted because there was no privacy, so we have to be careful with any noise, and during the day I was just inside my room while my husband worked. We lived there for 2 years. I got pregnant and when I was 8 months, we finally moved to our apartment, but I couldn’t enjoy my new life because I was so huge and soon the baby was born. I don’t have any family here and it was just me and my husband, first child, lack of sleep, etc I couldn’t think about sex. When the baby was almost 3 months or 4 weeks old tried to have sex but it was too painful, I don’t wanted at all and my husband always understood and supported. But then slowly things start to get back to normal and sex wasn’t so painful anymore. I’m really lonely here, hubby works 12 hours daily Sunday to Friday,always tired even to talk with me when at home, we never go out and I don’t have any friend here. So I had a friend in Instagram and we start talking everyday, it was good because I didn’t feel so lonely anymore, and at the beginning it was innocent conversation, but we start to have feelings for each other, he was always respectful bc he know I’m married but our personalities are similar, we went to the same countries, many things in common and the conversation start going to a sexual way. We never shared sexy pictures or dirty talk, just talking about things we like and things we wish to do. But it feel so wrong with my husband and I stopped talking with the guy for a while, and I told my husband what I was doing (without the sexual content) and he forgive me. I was doing good but always thinking about the guy. After couple months we start talking again, this time as well just sharing funny posts and memes but again the conversation start going to another level. He is very handsome and respectful and I like talking random things with him but I’m always thinking about me having sex with him and immaginating things, and sometimes I wish I wasn’t married so I could try how it’s to have sex with him, but I feel so guilty for even thinking about it and fell like I don’t deserve my baby my husband and the family I have I’m such a nasty person. I don’t know o was never like that my husband it’s my second parter I never had such wishes And yesterday I went to a wedding and there was a guy singing and I also feel so attracted. What is going on with me 😭😭😭😭😭 I don’t want to feel hot for people that I never saw before neither with friends just for my husband!!!!! I’m 23 y and husband is 29 He had so many girfriends, but I got married with my first boyfriend, I was 17y and he was 33, and it was an abbusive relationship, including sexual abuse. We dated for 1y and after 5 months of marriage he start showing who he was and then thank God I left, and couple months later I met my husband and then after 1 year (distance relationship, we saw sech other twice before the wedding and no sex because of our religion) I don’t know this is my life story and I feel so guilty but at the same time I want to have I don’t know a open relationship even though is a sin and probably this would hurt my husband and destroy our family

Hello à tous !
Cette question est sûrement hyper banale, mais je remarque au travail que personne ne boit autour de moi. J'ai l'habitude de boire 2L d'eau par jour au moins, sinon je me sens fatiguée, avec un manque de tonus, et parfois un mal de tête de chien !
Je commence à me dire qu'il faut boire moins pour éviter les pauses pipi trop souvent. Mais en buvant un seul verre d'eau la matinée ou l'après midi je passe en mode sieste.
Comment gérez-vous votre hydratation?
