I am helping a burning man camp clean up some gear. They have some wool rugs that need a good clean. They actually aren't as bad as you would like as they were kept inside a tent with a floor but they need more than a vacuum. Also they are in storage so they would need to be cleaned off-site. Any good local suggestions?

I wash my 2c/3a curls twice a week. My hair has low porosity and is heavy, dry, and frizzy. The CGM method tames the frizz and makes it look great…. for exactly one day 😅 By day 2, the frizz and dryness starts coming back, though has gotten a bit better since I switched to silk pillowcase. If I moist my hair and refresh with leave in and gel, it looks ok for 1 hour and then becomes even more frizzy and dry. By day 3 I have to either tie it up or wash it again. Any tips on how I can make them last longer? Tried cowash… but results in lot of scalp build up :/

After 8 years of being in a relationship with my partner, most of which were long-distance because of his job, I went through a year-long depression and was on medication. I felt disconnected from the world and ended up being unfaithful with a guy from my area. We met three times, and one of those times, we had sex.
When my partner returned, I couldn’t cope with what had happened, so I ended the relationship without telling him what had occurred. He later found out through other people. After that, we started talking during the summer because he knew I was still struggling. I tried to stop taking medication and switched jobs, and we continued talking as friends until I found out that he had slept with one of my friends (and later learned that he had been with 9 other women over the summer).
After that, we resumed contact, slept together, and I asked him to get back together because I was regretful about what happened. However, he said it’s impossible for now and that we need to take things slowly to rebuild trust.
We’ve agreed not to see other people, but when I try to talk to him about the relationship, he avoids the topic or responds ambiguously. Additionally, he hasn’t told anyone that we’re still seeing each other or talking.
I’ve been struggling for three months, crying every day because I don’t see any progress, even though he tells me that we are moving forward. The situation is complicated because he’s still away.
I don’t know what to do because I know I messed up, and I’m also hurt, but I love him with all my heart. He, however, is very closed off and is clear that we can’t be together for now but says that over time, we might get back to how we were before.
What do you think? I need help.
