My wife currently has a Cricut Explorer one circa 2015 I believe. She used it a ton early on making greeting cards and other things but has been on the shelf for years now unused but she wants to get back into it. I recall back then her struggling often with cuts, sticky pad, etc and really struggling with the computer program.
I’d like to upgrade her machine because I’m assuming it’ll be a huge upgrade from 10 years ago. Can anyone confirm how big of a jump it’ll be for her to upgrade or will her current machine work just as well? What sorts of things do the newer machines do that the older models didn’t do? And if you could recommend one which would it be? She will primarily be using it for paper craft types of things for her classroom but I could see expanding into other things if the machine and computer program are much better

So, over the past weekend, during Sacremento, one of the Miraidon decks played against a mimikyu in the quarters(or semi's?), and the caster brought something to my attention that I had ZERO idea about. Mew EX bypasses Mimikyu's ability. This happens cause Mimikyu's attack places counters, not deals damage.
Last night, I was playing LIVE and the opponent had a cornerstone Mask Ogerpon, and I used my Mew to bypass it. Ogerpon attack "This attack's damage isn't affected by Weakness or Resistance, or by any effects on your opponent's Active Pokémon." Okay, makes sense.
So, what other interactions can Mew's attack bypass? Can Mew EX hit Noivern EX? Because the attack is that of a stage 1, not a basic? But the attack is coming from a basic?

So, Ohio has a program called TechCred where you can apply for reimbursement for various technical credentials and certifications. Once approved, you complete it within 12-months, and then within 6 months of completing it you submit the certificate/credential and receipt to get reimbursed up to $2,000 per person per certificate/credential. I'm currently a single-member LLC and could benefit from this, but you must be a W-2 employee to be eligible for reimbursement. I'm still very new and any money I make basically goes right back into the business.
What are the Pros and Cons of being an S-Corp over a Single Member LLC?
Is there something I'm missing that would easily outweigh the reimbursement advantages?
Does anyone know how hard it is to switch from a Single Member LLC to an S-Corp or how to in Ohio?
